I ordered a mattress from one online store and then ordered the mattress and bed suite of another online bed store. Both offered free delivery and i achieved my goal of supplying new beds for the Foster home i operate with my husband. With any online order, i am always nervous about giving out my personal details.

After light use by one person, springs on the Sweet Dreams Bradbury Ortho Mattress have gone and middle sinks giving uncomfy sleep. Also Not cheap.

This is about a Sweet Dreams "Bradbury Ortho" mattress.
I'd recommend that you don't buy one. I bought one in June 2003 from Onlinebeds.co.uk.
My mattress sunk by 2 inches in the centre after the first few weeks, and became extremely uncomfortable. After 4 months I contacted Onlinebeds. Their initial reaction was favourable and I was relatively impressed - they said they would replace the mattress.
After a long period of a further 4 months, they brought round a replacement. However rather than leaving it for me, they decided that I had been abusing the mattress and it was "damaged". They blatantly accused me of walking on the mattress which I denied, and which was a total fabrication. - It was admittedly being used on a flat wooden floor, but was not (quote) "A carpet", which they repeatedly used as their letout clause.
Now I have a £425 mattress which is unusable. I shall probably dump it soon and I shall not buy further products form Sweetdreams or Onlinebeds.
