Where do I start, spent a fortune on it, the whole thing had to be pulled apart to be de-restricted and still cant get over 35. It does 5mph up hills and pulls away at junctions painfully slow. Had mine from brand new 2 years ago and it wont be long until it goes to moped heaven. Never ever will I buy or recomend a Yamaha Jog.

In my opinion, there is nothing good about this bike... nothing at all. for he price, your better off buying an aerox.

The Yamaha Jog 50 R looks nice and is very small and light. It also is very quick at acceleration. Poor fuel consumption even when it is restricted, when it is restricted it is painfully slow. Also cant get very many parts to tune up, not many body part upgrades available aswel. Would reccomend going for the Aerox or SR50 Ditech over this! Nice bike in all, but look at others first!!!

I have a Yamaha Jog, it starts well but can't run.and there is no rpm when you pull the throttle. I replaced new carbs, new spark plug, new ignition coil, and new belt, but it's still the same. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
