Brought This Scoot For My Wife, To Give Her Some R
Brought this scoot for my wife, to give her some road experience. Found the bike to be extremly reliable, great on fuel and once or twice capable of two up pillion riding!,
to sum up a very capable and comfortable bike thanks to large wheels and decent seat position.
Found the acceleration pretty quick up to about 55mph,
Would definatly recommend this scoot to anyone!.

I've Had The Peugeot Looxor For About 6 Years Now
I've had the Peugeot Looxor for about 6 years now and each year it seems to get more and more expensive to upkeep! I pay more for parts and labour than I do for insuring - doesn't that tell you something?

What A Great Little Performer! Right From New The
What a great little performer! Right from new the Peugeot Looxor is a great little machine. I have had mine for almost two years and have not had any trouble at all. I regularly get around 200 km on less than 6 litres of fuel. Looks goo too!

I've Had My Looxor For One Year Now And Im Glad I
I've had my looxor for one year now and im glad I purchased it over a smaller bike. I bought mine for £695 but like most mopeds will not get that much back when it comes to selling time. She grips well on the road always turns heads as I pass through town.I would recomend this bike to those looking for a first bike and not bothered what bike it is. As this was the story with mine. After every weekend away from it, I am always pleased to get back on it and ride to college.

There Are So Many More Better Bikes Than The Peuge
There are so many more better bikes than the Peugeot Looxor out there. If you want a 100cc what's the point you might as well get a 125cc because the most I got out of a 50cc was 45mph and the looker cries when it hits 55mph. If you are a mug enough to buy it then make sure it has a warranty because I've been told it's claimed £700 in warranty claims. I've had to call the AA twice. First time was when the bike died and couldn't be kick started turned out to be the spark plugs. Second time was when it cut out on me and this time was a fault in the pistons and compression and spent 2 weeks in repairs. Now the bike has got practically a new engine I took it on a 30 mile run. Seemed ok but guess what? I was doing full throttle at 55mph and it kept dropping speed and then picking up giving the impression it was going to stall and this was on flat road. In all honesty this bike will make you a confident rider because the amount of times I've had to deal with cars parping me cause I'm too slow and overtaking is ridiculous.
I have owned my peugeot looxor 50 cc for the best part of a year and have had the same problem with bogging down but only in the rain this would happen to me. The bike itself is very comfortable but not very nippy off the lights at all !! Mine has had the exhaust changed since I bought it and I hit 50 mph (downhill) 40 on a straight road but please bare in mind I'm a 18 stone 33 year old man and does the job for me . Oh yes I changed my starter motor as my old one was nackered so EBAY £15 delivered to my door , took 2 days to come ,20 min to affix and bobs your uncle ! Problem solved starts 100% every time.
