I ordered flowers for my wife for valentines day, Firstly they didn't even ask me the delivery address !!! I had to tell the women she hadn't taken it and then when I received my e-mail confirmation I noticed they had my wife's name wrong, I emailed them back immediately to notify them of their error and included my mobile number to contact me, they failed to contact me and when I rang them they told me I should apologise to my wife !!! when I placed the order I spelt her name out use the telephonic alphabet i.e. 'F' for Freddy and they still got it wrong, so dissapointing, they showed no common courtesy nor were apologetic towards me, stay well clear of this amateur florist

Really friendly service, helped me choose the right bunch for the occassion, the recipient was delighted with the flowers and they arrived right one time. First class, will definitely use them again!
