I have spent the last half hour trying to order flowers. Finally I got to register. Then when I had filled in all the required boxes except the telephone number and ticked the box for no contact. The site had the nerve to tell me that my e.mail address had already been taken. Of course it has. I share my e.mail address with my daughter and son in law. So forget my order.

Prompt delivery of my order. My parents were delighted with the quality and fragrance of the flowers, exceptional as always. The delivery man was also very lovely to them when the flowers were handed over. Thanks again.

Won't use this service again, won't reccomend it to anyone.
No proper customer service, no respect for customers, flowers were ordered as a buquet but chucked seperately on doorstep instead of nice bunch of flower put together. Such a lack of professionalism!! And instead of replacing and giving me money back, they didn't even reply to my complaint ignoring me.

How a company can run like this I don't know. Stay clear!!

I ordered 10 x Dendrobium Orchid Stems for my mother to be delivered on the saturday before mothers day. I purchased the flowers several days before the day they were to be delivered, the delivery day selected was available on ordering and I paid for the flowers to therefore be delivered as agreed at the time of ordering.

If those ordered flowers did not arrive, not only not on the day as booked, but not at all - I believe the company has a horrendous issue, it either can't cope with the volume or the processing of the orders and this should be addressed.

A good company should not have the need to have a disclaimer against late or entire lack of delivery. And is currently refusing to refund me, they offer to re-send, but what good os that after the event!

been using Fresh Flowers by Post for as long as I can remember and am a very happy customer and receiver! of their fresh flowers, orchids & freesias. Really do recommend to anyone.

I am on holiday in Spain and my friends Birthday was whilst we were away. I searched the web & found this site. My friend telephoned me on delivery of the 50 stems of freesias and said they were the nicest flowers she had every received and how fresh they were. Everyone who visited her expressed how nice the arragement was, as well as the perfume of the flowers. She could not believe this was the first time I had used the site. I assured her it was but it would not be the last.

I picked this company to send some flowers to a sick friend. She got them really quickly and was so impressed at how they were packed and how fresh they were. I had chosen a bouquet of all colour crysanthemums.They really cheered her up.
I couldn't believe it when she phoned to say they had arrived .

Living far away from loved ones makes the service this company offers invaluable. The flowers are always beautiful and fresh and delivered on time. Used service several times. No problems. Stuff arrived promptly and recipients report back pleased. As a mere man, I don't know about the quality of the flowers. But people like to receive a box in the post which is personalised. And it's the thought that counts. If anything goes wrong, it would be my guess that the the so-called Royal Mail is the culprit. Regal ? Nothing regal about them. Arrogant, incompetent and dishonest. Flowers-by-Post may like to consider using one of the courier services who are keen and energetic. Rating A+++++++++++++

I've used this company a few times now and they have never once disappointed me in any way. My Mother loved her flowers following a hospital visit, really picked her up (she even took a piccy she was just so chuffed). The latest bunch was to my wife, same response, she loved them! The speed of delivery was unexpectedly quick, it's hard to see how they could get them there quicker in fact. All in all, great service - no problems at all. Flowers arrived as a gift for my wife due to postal delivery delays they were not in great condition. After contacting the company they sent a replacement which arrived in excellent condition. The customer service could not be faulted nor could the flowers that arrived on time! My only concern is that with potential Postal strikes the company should consider how to ensure delivery on time of their excellent product.

I recently received a bouqet of lilies from freshflowersbypost. A week later, the blooms have opened. They are a lovely shade of pink and strongly perfumed. Although the name of the sender was not with the flowers,the company was extremely diligent in tracing the sender and passing on their name to me.

I have had flowers sent to me that were so gawdy that I phoned Fresh Flowers by Post straight away and had them replaced, I did not tell the sender since they would have been upset. I have sent flowers by the same people and they were a) delivered a month early and b) wrong flowers. I would not order from them again, however they were apologetic and happy to replace.
