Hotel Stay Very Disappointing
1. No tea/coffee making facility in the room
2. No water/fridge contents complimentary or otherwise
3. No hot water on arrival, water tank took 20-30 minutes to produce adequate hot water for a bath
4. Bathroom dirty
5. Mould on bath/tiles
6. VERY noisy bar in reception area, even though i was on the top floor with windows closed this could be heard until at least 2am
7. Room and hotel in general was very dark and basic.
If it had not been for the fact that Dubai was extremely busy at the time of my stay and hotel rooms were at a premium i would have booked out on the first night. Very disappointed, even more so if had paid the original price and not the reduced laterooms.com price.
The laterooms.com website on the other hand was great, easy to use.

Some Straight Talking About Jockey's Pub, The Pano
Some straight talking about Jockey's Pub, the Panorama Hotel's main bar. The service in this bar is excellent, fast and friendly, and the prices are among the best in Dubai. Many use it as their local and drink nowhere else in town. Once you get used to Jockey's unique environment, you'll probably find it thoroughly congenial. More here -
