I've kept the Nokia 3330 to the point where I want to destroy it in whatever way possible. It has cut out on me (not battery related) 13 times in 5 months!!! It has now lost all of my numbers and all of the games have turned blank or they have crashed. I have reset it before, but I won't bother next time. It had great games, WAP and it's a good size but it's really let itself down by being prone to constant unreliablity. Not impressed.

The phone would cut out (not battery related) after a few second into a conversation. When receiving SMS there would be ASCI charaters and a message "Some text missing". Many time the phone would not work and give a message "Please insert SIM card" When switching off and back on again and entering the PIN it would work - for a while. Gave it in for "software upgrade" and got it back then it itermittently would not ring for some reason. Still cuts out and still gives the Insert sim card message. Which it was as reliable as the NOkia 5110 that I have (been going for 4 years and no problems even with some abuse) Given it it for 2nd time and hope to sell it asap and get a better phone The question is just which one cause they all have a lot of problems

I've had this phone for 4 weeks, 3 of which it has been for repair twice and not been fixed. I have always owned Nokia phones, but this is the last one ever. As for Club Nokia, they have been completely useless in trying to help.

This is the worst Nokia that I have owned. As a female I bought the phone for when I was driving or going out. I can't hold a conversation on it longer than 20 seconds without the battery dying. Even if the battery is fully charged when I start, the battery always dies! So much for it being there to help me if I'm in need!

It irritated me so much when I owned the nokia 5110, it would crash and say either insert sim card or sim card rejected at the most annoying moments. I then bought this phone, and not only does it do all the things that my 5110 did, but even if i charge the battery all night till its full, but if I make a phone call, it will cut out after about 30 seconds! I hate this phone and will NEVER buy another nokia

I've only had the Nokia 3330 a couple of months. Already I am experiencing this cut out (reset) problem. I don't particulaly rate it one bit. The longest a call will last for now is 10 secs. But that reminds me there's another good point, you can't run up a massive phone bill !!

The only thing that I like about this Nokia 3330 mobile phone is its menu and its excellent keyboard. Sound quality isn't good, reception is awfull and the phone's design reminds me of a brick. Nothing special at all.

I have a Nokia 3330 for about one year now, and soon I'm gonna change it since my provider gives a new phone every year. In general, I am not satisfied with it. In many cases I had weak signal even in areas where the other mobile phones were working properly. Also, there were times that other people said to me that they were hearing distortion. I am happy that I will get rid of it and I don't think that I will have a Nokia again.

I traded my wonderful Nokia 8110 in for this Nokia 3330 mobile phone around a year ago, and for the first 6 months I only regretted it a little bit as some features were lacking and the sound quality wasn't as good. Now, however, I find that when I am in the middle of the city, normally where i get wonderful reception, now I don't get any reception. It says insert sim card frequently, frequently won't turn on, jams up, sms's take a long time to open and generally is a dreadful phone.
Nokia used to make a wonderful mobile phone, now all i can say is, I want my 8110 back. New nokia's are like the Holden of the car world - pretty to most people but after 6 months turn more lemon like than the lemons on ur grandmothers tree.

I totally agree. I have a 3330 and it worked fine for 5 months, then just started turning off without notice, especially during calls. Currently trying to get it fixed, but no-one wants to take the flak, so am sending it off to Nokia with a strongly worded letter. Have reverted to using my olde worlde 3210, which is working like a dream, even after being dropped in the sink!

hi i bought this phone a few months ago. I have found the exact same problem and now need to sell it because the battery dies out after a few seconds even when I have treated the battey well (not charged it up every day etc.)and it is fully charged.
