Argassi, Palmyra Hotel

Just returned from Palmyra.Everything was fantastic. Loved the pool and the cocktails at the roof bar. Sheets and towels changed frequently, great shower and large room. Friendly staff. We had egg and bacon every morning, very unusual for a Greek hotel. Brilliant 2 weeks holiday.

Palmyra Hotel was dirty. Dry blood on spare pillows in the wardrobe.

Towels only changed once during week stay, a large amount of flies in dining room during breakfast. Food never covered. No hairdryer in room even though brochure says there would be. When the staff were asked for one I had to bring it back each time I was finished with it.

My Boyfriend and I stayed at the Palmyra in Argassi in July 2004, we had a wonderful time!

We found the Reception staff very helpful, the room were cleaned daily by the maids who changed towels and made the beds - just what you need after a night in Argassi, then back to the hotel bars for a night cap!

The Cafe Bar is located just outside of the main hotel, and Spirios and his staff give you a lovely Greek welcome, over all we had a fantastic time, and we will be returning to the Palmyra.
