We stayed at the Coral Playa 10 years ago on an all inclusive basis and had a good time there. We even joined the Sirenis VIP programme on this first visit.
We have stayed at a number of Sirenis hotels since and have found them to be very good.
However, on this occasion, the food was monotonous and pretty bland, forcing us to eat out four nights out of seven, a definite decline on our last stay.
The service at reception was not at all helpful when requesting anything, particularly a courtesy room. I suppose that is on par with British staff employed there.

Es Cana, Coral Playa Hotel - This holiday was great, the beaches were close and the food was great. Everything was in walking distance.
