Ocean Palace

Good points, not many, room kept clean, local drinks okay. Bad points, Outside areas dirty, bad food(school dinners), no air con in bar. Rooms never 4* more like 2*, staff over worked and well used to hearing complaints, no lifeguard for pool, like staying in a large council estate. I would not recommend. Travel agents are selling 4* prices for 2*standards.

I enjoyed here staying here with my family, a great buzz to the place, people very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to families with young children. Couldn't fault the place

On the upside it was sunny and we were only staying one week.

Went for a week first time all inclusive it was fab, but where we were staying in the Nogal apartments lack of reps and day and night entertainment.

The Ocean Palace hotel is classed as a 4 star but frankly it struggles to reach 3 star standard in my eyes. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a normal all inclusive holiday.

This was our first time as all inclusive guests and we would definitely do it again. Food was really nice and there was always plenty of choice, they also had a children's buffet area so the kids can help themselves. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were big and were cleaned every day. The staff were all really friendly and to top it off, the weather was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I thought the staff at the Ocean Palace in Playa De Las Americas were very friendly, and it was well suited for a family with young kids. I found the entertainment very good also, and overall, the hotel and its facilities were great. I loved all the modern decor. I thought it was beautiful inside, and the service was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anybody, especially families, and I will definitely be going back again!

The reps were nice at the Ocean Palace in Playa De Las Americas, and the entertainment was good. I would definitely go back there! It was fantastic, and when you are all inclusive it's even better! You just go up to the bar and ask for a drink and you don't have to pay!

In the week that I stayed there I found only one bad point. I found a couple of cockroaches in my apartment, but apart from that I has a fantastic time.

It's definitely a four star hotel, and the reps and entertainers were the best!

I think the Ocean Palace in Playa de Las Americas was a great hotel. I don't think it's quite good enough to be a 5 star, but it is certainly better than a 3 star. The location was quite disappointing to my family because we had to take taxi's everywhere, but it is still the second best hotel I have been to, and I hope to go there again some day.

Ocean Palace was recommended by friends and can honestly say it excelled my expectations.

Have never returned to the same place twice but on this occasion I have to return! looking forward to my holiday This September (2005) and taking all my family with me.
