“Increase your customers by more promotion”

★★★☆☆

written by AlfonsoPerry1961 on 07/07/2016

This hotel is at a really good location. But maybe more promotion online will increase sales. They should check out ECrent.com,the largest global rental platform to get more customers. Register with the account "France" and get 10 USD cash value = three free items upload!

“Lovely but overpriced”

★★★★☆

written by 2Skinner on 11/06/2015

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- the kids especially loved the shampoo containers with Mickey shaped lids. Very clean and comfortable, and extremely convenient being so close to the park's entrance. It was great being able to pop back into the room without hassle for a quick lunch and nap for the kids. It seemed all of the staff spoke English and French, and I heard quite a few also speaking Spanish and other languages. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and filling. It is a lovely hotel, but I gave it four stars instead of five due to the high cost.

“Celebrating 2 of my sons' Birthday's, one being 8 the...”

Celebrating 2 of my sons' Birthday's, one being 8 the other 21, we decided to push the boat out and book the best available. The Disney Hotel, being right at the entrance to the park meant we could spend more time doing what we went there for and less time travelling between accommodation and park. Very glad we did. Straight after breakfast we could enter the park, thus beating the biggest queues, which usually started to occur around 11am onwards. It also meant we could stay in the park until it closed, then tired and weary just go straight to bed!

The Breakfast is continental style, and you can help yourself to a huge array of lovely food - all you can eat! Disney characters entering the dining and surrounding area light up the faces of children. There is a lovely bar area where you can enjoy a quiet drink, cocktail or coffee, with a piano playing in the background and a balcony overlooking the park. Nibbles are provided on the tables and replaced with more when eaten. There is a lovely indoor swimming pool area with jacuzzi, a video games room, coffee bar and a gym. Massage is available at an extra cost. There is also a nice souvenir shop.

The only thing we would have liked but it was not provided, was tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Even vending machines on the landings or in the reception would have been nice, as the coffee bar was across other side of the hotel and closed at night. Apart from that we found hotel very nice, in the very best location, with a comfortable room, good food and plenty of Disney characters around to keep the kids happy! Even us big kids!

I would certainly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Disneyland Paris.

“The reception area is stunning at Disneyland Hotel,...”

★★★☆☆

The reception area is stunning at Disneyland Hotel, however I felt that compared to the rooms and pool area in The Newport Bay Club it wasn't worth the extra money. Unless money is no object I would opt for Newport Bay Club.
