I ordered a set of Tommy Armour 845 irons, 3-PW, used obviously. Do to age, I was expecting clubs that are similar condition to what I presently own, or worse. I was thinking worse due to the very low price. They were due to be delivered on the 11th. Today the 6th, the club's arrived. Upon opening the box, they weren't wrapped very fancy or anything, but secured sufficiently. The club's, were on far better condition than my own set. The grips, I expected to be in very poor condition, I'm thinking the grips are new or very near to it. The shafts have the original stickers clean and undamaged. The heads are unscratched, undented, and unbelievable. For what I paid, I am ecstatic over what I received. I am definitely ordering from Globalgolf.com from now on. I hope this alleviates any fears of ordering from them.

So, I ordered a NEW Bushnell Hybrid Range Finder for my husband for our anniversary (....we were sent a REFURBISHED model in a plain white box (not factory sealed), no instructions, no strap, no case, NO RECEIPT/INVOICE from the company. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! Then, when calling them this morning, they "don't have them anymore". This is a bait and switch company!

Just tried to leave negative feedback and ebay says I can't for 7 days because global golf a power seller. I requested cancellation, of order, 5 minutes after purchase, this was 2 days ago and 2 days later ebay said I couldn't because the item is shipped. Two days later, today, I get a tracking number. Very poor way to do business just because global golf needs to move a club. Ebay customer service is no better.

Called Global golf Saturday Dec. 3rd to order T. M. SLDR-C @ $99.99...Was advised that it was no longer in stock but an open box mint condition driver of the same specs was at a discounted price. The complete price with discounts and free delivery came to $72.24. It arrived 6 days later as scheduled still in it's Taylor made box with plastic shrink wrap still in tack on clubhead. Club was in perfect condition....WHAT A DEAL!!! Thank you Global golf. Will order again and recommend.

Don't deal with this company. Terrible customer service and completely dishonest. Purchased a set of irons from them that were described as new. Once I received them, I noticed one of the club heads had a dent and several others appeared to have been hit. Sent them back for a refund and they REFUSED saying they would not refund because the clubs were used. So, they send me clubs that are used (which is different from the item description), and then when I return them for not being as described, they refuse my refund. How are businesses allowed to do this?

Bought a set of Callaway X22 irons senior flex for my daughter. The set was 6-pw aw and sw. It was a Value set. Regular length and lie. I got the set and they were in ok condition considering it was a value set. They were not regular length. They were 1/2 inch longer and the 6 iron was a regular shaft not senior. Don't they measure the clubs and see if they are the right shafts before shipping to people?! I did call and got to talk to a customer service rep and they sent me a return shipping label. I will see how long it takes to get a refund. I took a chance on buying these clubs because of all the bad reviews and now I see why. NEVER AGAIN!! What a waste of my time to have to call them up and now spend my valuable time to go and ship them back.

Without a doubt the worst online company I have ever dealt with. Order placed, waited 3 weeks for a confirmation, emailed numerous times for update status on order, finally received an email stating my item was no longer available after 4 weeks of the online status telling me it was being "Processed". STAY AWAY from them, thinking they are nothing but some flow through warehouse operation.

Goods are legit but the price can double after duty and admin fees. I'd suggest only buying very good and above if you bother. They should have made you aware of the additional costs even on 2nd hand goods. Also packed in three clubs in two boxes to get an additional admin fee. Fooling no-one. I should have looked at sites like this!

Advertised free shipping on goods costing $99 or more. I bought a golf club recently and was charged £29 shipping and then a further bill of £24.50 VAT and an Advancement fee of £!2.It would have been simpler and no more expensive to have bought it from our local professional. The approximate additional extra costs must have been known to GlobalGolf but were witheld.

Recently bought a golf club from global golf and it was indicated that shipping was free for goods costing over $99 but was charged £29 for shipping. Later I received a bill from FedEx of £24.50 VAT and a further Admin. charge of £12. These additional costs must have been known, approximately at least, to globalgolf but the information was not provided. It would have been easier and more appropriate to have bought the club from a local professional, and for a similar price.

When I purchased online they guaranteed Xmas delivery! Site said we ship next day or within 3 business days & I qualified for free shipping. Yeah they may ship quickly but they used a ground shipment company that takes 10-15 days to deliver. I ordered on Dec 9th. I got worried so tracked my shipment. Expected delivery Dec 24th!! Can't get a response from customer service. I'm worried it won't arrive & my husband & son in law won't get their main gifts from me. I'll never, ever order here again! I wish I had checked these reviews 1st!

I agree with much of what is posted about 2nd rate customer service. I ordered a $1000+ RH set from them. However, I use a LH putter. A RH putter was delivered. I contacted them about the mistake and they agreed to a return. However, they refused to pay for return shipping. I returned the club at my expense. A week later I have not received a credit back to my card. I spoke with someone there who could provide me no information about the status of the return and said that it could be another 10 days before they actually processed it. High level of indifference on the part of the customer service reps I have spoken to. These people act as though they could care less about your business.

Ordered a couple of clubs from their website. Sent me the wrong club. Complained about it , but the customer rep was not so welcoming. She seems like she was already bored of our conversation and would rather do something else. She did not even apologized considering its their fault. Ive been a longtime customer of them but this was the first i called customer service. Such a bad experience. Would probably never buy from them again. Ebay, here i come!!!!

The company has the rudest personnel I have ever encountered. The "customer service manager" has a I-DONT-GIVE-A-S**T attitude towards customers and talks in the most condescending ways. I would also like to add that this is my FIRST review on a company ever!! I was THAT dissatisfied, hope that says something!!! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT GLOBAL GOLF, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I came across Global Golf when looking for an inexpensive way to support a new golf habit. I was pleased with the selection and prices I found there, although I was slightly concerned about what actual condition the clubs would come in like. First order was about 2 years ago for used Taylormade Burner Plus 2.0 Driver, 3W, 5W. Paid less than $150 for all 3 in "Good" condition. Order arrived in a couple of days (Fedex Smart Post). Opened the well packed box to find all three clubs that, honestly, looked like they'd hardly been used. Bought a Used Taylor Made Ghost Manta putter "Good" condition a few weeks later, shipped quickly, it came in looking absolutely brand new, save the smallest paint flaw on the top, away from the putter face. Traded in my Burner 2.0's, plus an old putter and a sand wedge, got $130 for them, then used that credit plus about $70 more to get used Nike Covert Driver, 3W, 5W, and 2 Taylor Made ATV Wedges. Shipment was delayed a couple days, as they "Ran Out" of one of the wedges, however, they allowed me to pick out a more expensive Mizuno wedge, in "Very Good" condition to replace it. When all came in a few days later, the Nike clubs were pretty much as advertized, while the wedges looked as if they'd only been played a round or two. So, 9 clubs bought over 2 years, 3 were in the condition as promised, 6 better or much better than promised. Everything shipped promptly, except when they ran out of an item, in which case they provided me a better, more expensive replacement, at no additional charge. So, for this hack, equipment that a little over a year before would have cost in excess of $900, cost me slightly more than $250.

My first experience was great. Club arrived in great shape and shipping was quick. My second experience has been brutal. I ordered a club on June 21st, paid for on same day. 3 days go by and club hasn't shipped yet. Day 4 I notice that package 1 was cancelled and are now processing package 2. I email and ask what happened to package 1. They reply the next day and say they had a 'problem with the inventory but since have fixed that and the order should ship out later today'. 2 days later I check on the shipping status and notice that package 2 was still being processed. I email once again and ask what the hold up is. I get a reply that the item is out of stock and that they have no idea when/if they will get it. Im having a hard time trying to figure out how you can sell an item that you don't have in stock, then when questioned, say it is in stock and will be shipped out, when in fact you never had the item in stock but continued to lie and say it is on its way. On July 1st, another email is sent and I finally get customer service to admit that they don't have it in stock and may never have it. I am offered a similar club in 'mint' condition that was listed at a slightly higher price in exchange for the one I ordered. I agree to accept this club. It is now July 8th and I don't have the club yet. It says that it is it transit and will arrive on July 10th. Who knows what shape the club will actually be in when it eventually does arrive. I'm not sure why GlobalGolf simply didn't tell me that the club was not in stock instead allow me to order it (knowing it wasn't in stock) and then lead me on to believe it was. I'm sure I would still be waiting on my original order to be processed if it wasn't for me pressing the issue and contacting them several times. I'm also not totally confident that my money would have been refunded quickly or at all if I would have chosen that option. I'm sure GlobalGolf thinks they are making things right by sending me a supposedly more expensive club(to be determined), but the lies, numerous emails and long wait for the replacement item to be shipped wont have me returning as a customer. If you can live with an order that shows up on time and is as described(my 1st experience with GlobalGolf) or the experience I am having right now(my 2nd experience with GlobalGolf), that feel free to do business with them. For me, it's not worth the hassle.

Having never ordered from GlobalGolf before I decided to take a chance (after checking some of their online reviews) and ordered a couple of metal woods and headcovers. I received confirmation of the order and payment was taken immediately (before shipping). 7 days passed and there was no change in the order status (status continued to show "processing" ) . I contacted their customer support and received an email indicating that since I had ordered several pieces that were stored in separate warehouses they were being shipped to a central point to be sent as a single package to me. I accepted that answer at face value and continued to wait . 7 more days passed without any change in the order status. I contacted customer support again and received exactly the same answer (consolidating the shipment ,continue to wait,etc , yada yada) . Meanwhile they have my money and I have nothing. It appeared to me that they did not have in stock (as advertised) the clubs that I had ordered and may have been stringing me along while they tried to scrounge them from some source. In any event on day 15 I cancelled the entire order and asked for my money back. In fairness to them they did refund the full amount to my Paypal account.
