BBC Mortgage Calculator

Simple, easy basic. However when testing in January 2011 the results it gives are wrong on all occasions - it uses the wrong value in one of the formula terms. BBC have been notified, but they've yet to fix. Compare to other calculator results if you are unsure about this review.

This is a very quick way to calculate what your repayments would be. Its is so easy to change the details you input without having to go through a lengthy process, you can change the number of years, interest rate etc for a quick answer with no personal details being requested whatsoever.

Would definately recommend anyone changing mortgages or first time buyers to use this calculator to check what their repayments will be without having to submit personal information.
