What a buy! We love our Samsung WS24W63NS widescreen TV. It is a very nice, well designed unit. The Teletext is very clear and fast. My dad bought a Philips (50hrtz) and the picture is less sharp with fuzzy lettering on Teletext, and he paid £120 more!!

As for the picture it is only a 50hz but it looks like a 100hz its very sharp it contains new tube technology which still is big but the quality is better. Also the sound even though it doesnt have virtual surround the stereo quality is amazing it sounds as good as virtual surround. the colour is silver which gives it the edge over the old black tv's. This guy has wrote sound review and I totally agree that the T.V is Amazin'. Im not sure how good the price is over there but I got mine for $250. you lot should take notice of this review cos its a great t.v.

Quality of picture is indeed important, but these days a 24inch widescreen is virtually kids-bedroom size.
<br>I just don't see any point in buying one so small for a living room.

i agree brill tv!! i got the 28 inch pure flat model, you just cant beat them there great, well worth £500. buy now!!
