I was a little dubious about using them with them being part of the marshall ward group and with the high interest...but im thrilled with the service so far. I only created my account on wednesday and now by Saturday I have recieved every single one of my orders and all in great condition and fab quality. One very happy customer indeed :)

I am a US customer. I received a catalog and went online to simplybe.com to browse around. Intrigued by their selection, I was ecstatic when I found a pair of genuine leather wide-calf "riding" style boots by LegRoom in a light mushroom color. The truly high quality wide-calf boots here in the US are usually only available in black or brown; varied colors/shades are quite sparse. As I had recently purchased an amazing pair of Kanyon work/riding boots from an Amazon UK seller, ($279 + $27 duty fees) I decided to take a chance on the boots. On sale for $102.00 and with a 30% off coupon, the total cost with shipping came to just under $82 US dollars. Immediately after paying with my credit card, I received an email confirming my order. Two days later I received another email confirming shipment of the boots. I noted that there was no tracking number, which was odd...so I called customer service. I reached them almost immediately and was told that no tracking numbers are issued. I must say this did concern me. The service rep was polite and helpful, and explained that the package would ship from the UK to a US center, then to the US Postal Service for regular delivery. They stated that I would incur no duty/customs fees. The boots arrived today, September 10, only 8 days after my order. Compared to many US companies that is fairly fast. Shipping fees were VERY reasonable at only $8.95. The boots came in their factory box, enclosed in a sealed outer plastic shipping bag. Amazingly, the box was pristine without even a dent, just like I like them. Upon opening it, I found the boots perfectly packed in the original factory wrappings. This was evidenced by pristine tissue paper. Often footwear is returned and resold without proper repackaging, which I detest even if it comes from outlet stores. The boots themselves are a beautiful light mushroom color, evenly dyed. The one picture and web description failed to list some important details, including the following: * Both sides of the boots have zippers; a small nylon one on the inside and a larger metal one on the outside. * The larger outer zipper unzips about halfway down to reveal a leather expansion panel that considerably widens the boot another inch or two if needed! * The bottom of the boot has a fairly light tread. * The leather is on the thin side; these boots are more for fashion than warmth. * Although described as "riding" boots, these are not rugged enough to use in equine activities. The riding boot style appears to have become a very popular trend. * The measuring charts are in mm. Measure your foot/calf with the centimeter part of a tape measure, then use an online calculator to convert the cm to mm. Quite easy. All in all, this shopping experience was very positive. I placed one more order and so I will see if this order was the exception, as the vast majority of reviews posted here are very negative. Should this order go smoothly, I will most likely shop again. If not, I will reconsider as there do seem to be many unresolved issues with this company. Incidentally, if you need an item within a certain timeframe, I highly suggest allowing a minimum of THREE weeks transit time to the US. There are too many shipping variables to count on an overseas package arriving in 7-10 days. Peace, AvieMare

I've had Next day Delivery on 2 different parcels and have arrived on time and early morning. Quality of my clothes, so far, have been brilliant and well fitted. The branded clothes such as voi, are different measurements in sizes so be careful. I've returned items too but one item wasn't credited back, even though the item was returned in the same parcel as other items that were credited so I rung and within 5 minutes, it was credited back. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Some items are a bit more expensive but it's to be expected as most catalogues, including very and Littlewoods are more expensive than the shops. It's also helping me to rebuild my credit rating as I have a low £125 credit limit. Now I'm older and wiser, I'd like a stable credit rating. One tip though, never pay the minimum payment as it will cost you more in the long run. Even a couple of quid makes a big difference.

I have been a Simply Be customer for 5 months now and I cannot fault them at all! All the clothes I have ordered have been good quality, contrary to some of the other reviews! Sending items back is not an issue if you read the instructions properly! I have sent a couple of items back, due to them not suiting me etc and I got an email to say that they had received my return within a few days (due to second class post and admin - which is more than understandable) and the money was credited to my account within 24 hours of that email. I was away on business shortly after ordering some new sunglasses, and as they are with a separate company they were delivered by Royal Mail they did not leave them in my greenhouse as I request all of my other items to be. When I got back I went to collect them and they told me they had been returned, understandable since it had been 3 weeks. I sent them an email using the website and I had a reply within the hour! They had received the item back and credited my account and said that they would re-dispatch them that day, which they did. I received them 2 days after sending my email with NO CHARGES! I have phoned customer services on numerous occasions with queries and I have never received anything but excellent, helpful service! If you read everything carefully when you sign up and order then you will be fully aware of all the charges which are no different to any other website!

I joined last year and I have to say the first time I ordered was because I was cold and I bought an electric blanket although the product at first seemed to only heat the bottom of my bed I now look forward to going to bed as the heat rises and is very addictive I payed for my item using their credit scheme and then after I payed my first 2 months my credit was increased I used it to buy home furnishings on their buy one get one free deals they have a lot of good deals just a case of looking but as it is online it is very good to do and we all like looking around after all. I went to place an order and although I was in credit I was refused I sent them an email and they responded telling me that because of the economy I should always try to place my orders at the start of the month as orders placed in the mid to end are not approved all of the time so I ordered at the start of the next month and it was approved. I am giving them 4 stars out of 5 as I am very happy with the product/service but I was refused because they didn't have enough money even though I was in credit. P.s I was told I would have 17-19 days to wait the order arrived a couple of days after placing it (within 3- 4 days) at the most.

I bought 2 different orders from simplybe because they had a special going for one day only. I didn't look at the reviews before I ordered (dumb me), so when I started seeing people freaking out on the blog about the reviews, I had a bad feeling. They have my credit card number! To my surprise, both orders came on the 10th day! And the quality of the items are superb. I ordered a women's Mickey mouse pajama set, black socks, and 5 piece men's boxer set. I love them all.

I placed an order with Simply Be on 8/13 for a Jeffrey &Paula dress. I had no idea the clothing would be shipped from the UK, and immediately started to worry after reading the reviews here. No need. I received the order yesterday, 8/29. There was no customs tax to pay or anything, which is what I had feared. And the dress is simply fabulous, exactly what I had hoped and expected. I ordered a 24 and it is very true to size. All in all, the experience was great. I will definitely be ordering again!

recently received sandals and white trousers well both are fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!! trousers perfect fit and length and sandals WOW! comfort comfort comfort with high heel and strappy they are amazing could wear night and day on this occasion delivery exceptionally quick which was very pleasing,, as they have been slow to deliver in the past.

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried on the 32 inch length black pencil skirt and the grey pinstripe pencil skirt. Perfect fit on the waist due to elasticated sides. Being just five foot tall and a size 18 I very rarely manage to buy skirts that are the correct length but both skirts reached just below the calf, exactly where I like them to. Ideal for the office and for smart non-formal wear. The skirts matched the descriptions perfectly.

I fell upon Simply Be. I ordered a set of bra's out of an ad in the TV Guide. Then got a catalogue sent through the post. Big mistake looking at it for my wallet, but great for my wardrobe. I am a size 20/22 so I do struggle getting clothes that are fashionable from the high street. Well, this has to be the best catalogue for larger women. I love the selection of clothes, the quality is super. I can get jeans that fit, dressy tops for going out in that are not frumpy. I fell like a woman again and smart.

But if it keeps her off my back for a few weeks, then it's worth the pain. 'Her indoors' says that this is the place to go for the latest fashion, and I have to admit, compared to some of the high street shopping we do, this seems competitive. Everything turns up when it should, and is also intact - which helps.
