They have an amazing array of convenient truths: The website is is up to date and out of date as it suits the argument. When items are suddenly out of stock, it is out of date. But, when items are replaced with cheaper inferior items (because the website is out of date), the pricing on the website is so up to date that it evenly balances the cheaper inferior items to be equally priced to the original spec of superior items that are now out of stock (no e.t.a. by the way). The convenient truth reason is: these cheaper items were bought in the past when they were higher priced, at just about the same price as the now superior hardware. In my opinion this is crazy, for the sake of less than £30 to be returned on a £290 order, they'd rather consult their list of convenient truths! Incredible!!

I used to be a great lover of eclipse computers coventry but they have steadily gone down hill over the years and their products aren't as cheap as the used to be. I started using them for my business ordering supplies at least once a week but it's always a MASSIVE gamble whether you're going to get it within 2 weeks. You pay for next day delivery even if they don't have it in stock and on occasions where I've asked for my next day delivery back they've said no. I've ordered products that haven't arrived in over 2 weeks and when I phoned was told they didn't stock that item anymore; yet although they charged me didn't actually phone me to tell me that and it's likely they never would have. On another instance I ordered several sticks of DDR memory that was advertised on their website. Being a computer site you'd expect them always to have this type in stock but no. They phoned a full week later to say they have no DDR memory left what so ever. They sell 'Generic' items which basiclaly mean you can receive anything that looks similar to what was advertised and they never ever reply to emails.
I've lost patience with these guys and now that ebuyer and dabs charge less it's worth paying that few extra pounds for decent service.
I've seen many complaints about these guys even from former employees who found their policies shocking and I really can't understand how trading standards haven't had a quiet word.

Yes, its cheap, but as everyone says, yes, they don't have items commonly in stock. Purchased PSU, it's peace of garbage, because its not working, sent to fix it (postage 12 pounds) they sent me back "fixed", after usage it broke down again...
And when you're really ordering, then I suggest to call them and ask if item is in stock, that will be cheaper.
