great customer service

This was the first time that I have ordered something from H&M's online store, I made my order on Sunday night (with free delivery) and it was delivered to me by Wednesday afternoon. I was not expecting for the parcel to be delivery within the 2-5 day time scale, so I am very pleased with H&M delivery and I will use it again.

I went to the h&m store today for the first time,they had many styles and variates to choose from they also have GREAT quality and great prices.The assistance is incredible and they have many sizes for thin and thick women,me, and kids.I loved the fitting rooms there are like 25 or 30 and they are always open the employs who work in the fitting rooms are very helpfull,rooms are also very big space amd chairs.honestly, i loved every thing and theres nothing i didn't like.i would totally recommend this to a friend and will be coming nack to shop more

After shopping on a busy Saturday last week with my daughter at the Trafford Centre, I bought a some lovely things for our holiday. There was a bit of a queue no problem it's weekend and busy so I expect that. I got to the till to be greeted by a lovely young lady, beautiful smile and a happy friendly welcome. She chatted with my little girl making her smile and not once rushing us asking about our holiday what was my little girl looking forward to. Even discussing her favourite Frozen character. This experience made shopping on a weekend a very pleasant one so much so I had to write this review. Her name was Hollie I remember it because it was spelt differently. Thank you and she's a credit to your store H&M my little girl talked about her all the way home.

Was a little cynical about using H&M delivery due to the amount of negative reviews on here,but as they had the one top i needed in my life more than anything left in one size,i had no choice but to give it a shot..Site said 3-5 days for delivery,got tracking info from Hermes on day 3 stating parcel would arrive within 48hours,parcel arrived safe,sound and signed on day 4...just as stated on the site.No problems,no frills,did exactly what it said on the tin!

Ok, I'm the first to put my hands up and say that a dead snail would deliver items quicker, but this is something I've learnt to accept as I order from them so frequently. Their items are amazing, so reasonably priced and their customer service team are second to none. The most helpful, prompt, friendly and amazing team I've ever encountered. I don't think I've ever spoken to the same person twice, but they've all individually set the bar high for customer service. I recently made an order for some baby clothes which were delivered, but I can only imagine were stolen as they were left outside my house. I immediately called their customer service team who gave me an immediate refund, reordered the items, gave me free postage and placed a 25% discount on the whole order. As if this wasn't enough, several days later, I received a handwritten postcard from the gentleman I spoke with. He wished me well with the upcoming birth of my child and gave me a £10 voucher. He didn't have to do this. I was blown away. I didn't think my expectations for H&M customer service could be exceeded. They have.

I usually buy my cloothes here. the prices are really great. I like the discount period lol. What I don't like here are the huge lines at the register. Last time I got a pair o9f shoes, I am like them a lot.

I had a query with a purchased item, so i called the online customer service number and found them to be very well informed, non judgemental, helpful and prompt in finding a solution. I never write reviews but i was so impressed with the level of service that i had to provide some positive feedback.

I don't particularly enjoy shopping but I needed a new outfit for an event I am attending next week. I went to the H&M store in the White Rose Centre in Leeds and was welcomed by an advisor. I told her what I was looking for and asked if someone could help me choose an outfit as I am not particularly good at matching clothes together. He introduced me to another person who asked me about the type of event I am attending and how formal or casual I wanted to look. He picked out some clothes to check what I thought of them and then put together a selection for me to try in the fitting rooms. Once I had the outfit we looked at shoes and a belt to go with it. Unfortunately we couldn't find the shoes and belt to compliment the outfit so rather than pushing me into buying the wrong shoes and belt, he suggested I try another store and told me exactly the style and colour of shoes I needed. Absolute first class service and the first place I will go in the future when I am looking to buy more clothes.

Can you get that black handbag back into stock in store or online I really want it I've been waiting for it for such a long time there's other colours like beige ,green ,light blue and snakeskin print but I want the black one it was 34.99 but went down to 17 can you please put it back in stock as soon as possible pleeaseeee

I read all these reviews that sound like horror stories about H&M online. I have placed four orders in the last six weeks. They have all arrived quickly and were well packaged. Shopping online also lets you keep things in your cart for seven days. If something is on sale when you put it in your cart, it stays on sale in the cart even if it goes off sale on the website. If you add more items to your cart, the time is reset to the time you added the last item. This gives you plenty of time to purchase your sale item and get extra sale offers. I will keep on shopping online as it is more convenient for me. I appreciate that we finally have a US website and really hope people will give it a try.

I came on this website to see the review. After reading every single one of the reviews listed on this website,I was so worried about my package,I ordered. I called HM like a billion times. Hm said it would take 4-7 business days to deliver it to my house, it took them 3 to deliver it. From Indianapolis to NY. I will order again because the shipping was soo fast and excellent. I would recommend anybody to shop at HM the cloth is amazing.

I order clothes from H&M quite regularly and I have never had a problem with them. They are honest about delivery dates as you can see when you are ordering if items are in stock. They also give you the date when individual items might be dispatched. You can get some real bargains during their Flash Sale. Their customer service (email) is very good.They usually reply to you within a day. Some clothes are better quality, some are not as good but I mainly buy jeans and blazers which I cannot praise enough. Simply brilliant.
