This Tungsten C the most impressive palm I have seen so far. It is great for organising yourself because it has a memo-pad, as well as a free-hand notepad. If you are getting this PDA to organise yourself, it is perfect, but if you mainly want games and fun, I would reccomend a pocket PC. One downside about this palm is that you can only charge it with a cradle, so if you go on holiday, you cannot just take a cable. Despite this, this PDA really helps me to remember things.

While the Palm Tungsten C is a very powerful handheld I have had to send it in for warranty repair three times in one year. The first time I had the palm in my pocket and the under-screen element broke, the second time the screen would just show up white, would not reset or turn off, the third time I was typing, pressed the "o" key and the screen filament cracked again. Palm has been very kind to replace this, but they admitted that they did have problems with this type of screen being fragile. Be warned, if you get this, be very careful with it.

This is the best Palm product that I have tried so far, and I have gone through many! It has the Universal Palm Connector, Wi-Fi Internet, 65,000 color screen, and a built in keyboard. I have to say that the keyboard is VERY useful if you plan on using the Wi-Fi to write E-mail or surf the web(which the Tungsten does very well). The only down side I could find was that the battery life was slightly shorter than some of the Pocket Pc's, but thats not really a fare comparison anyway. This new PDA also features a huge hard drive for a Palm device: weighing in at 51 usable MBs out of the total 64 MBs. I think that this device would be very useful if you need to be able to do many things on the go or if you want to have some quick fun. The badside to using it for games, though, is that most of the really good ones are semi-expensive($20-$30), so you might want to try to find some free ones since a few 20 doller games can lead to quite a bit of money.

The battery life of the Tungsten C is MUCH better than any Pocket PC.
