I had a shower room designed and installed by Wicks .From the design and installation it went perfectly I was so pleased with the final result .All the units arrived on time. The installers were perfect .

Had kitchen designed last oct. Took delivery 21st april. From start to finish weve had brilliant service. Fitters, electricians, tiler, gas engineer all did an amazing job. Lovely bunch of workmen. Really really happy with it. Even the skip men were very polite and tidied up after it had gone. I kept them all supplied with tea and coffee which they always thanked me for. All in all a brilliant service. Wickes even gave us a refund for the led lighting which we decided not to use snd 2 boxes of unused tiles.

Used the Crawley, West Sussex store to purchase our new Kitchen. Was so happy with the service we used them again when we did our Utility room. The designers knew their stuff. Recommended drawers instead of cupboards in the lower section of the kitchen, what a brilliant idea, so much easier to get to items. Bought cutlery separators, corner cupboard pull out, and plate separators, really pleased with all these items. Delivery for both were as stated. So pleased both rooms look fabulous and didnt pay over the odds for either. Well within our budget. Would recommend.

I've used Wickes many times, in shop and online and I have always found the service and goods to be well above average. In my book miles better than other big DIY outlets. I particularly like that trade and DIY types all pay the same. The red pencil prices are good value and the deliveries are always fine.

Was annoyed to learn that I had been delivered the wrong items however I rang customer services and spoke to this guy from Chorley and he was great! Never spoken to any customer services before and had such a great outcome! He sorted the problem the same day and said they are compensating me! Thanks!

I had a great time asking about slabs and was told everything I needed to know from the well knowledge of the staff was given a price and delivery was free if my family was to ask me for detail of wickes I would recommend as well as to friends well done wickes

Never having had a new kitchen before, we were quite apprehensive about ordering our kitchen and having it fitted by Wickes. I had read such awful reviews online and was concerned everything would go wrong. I can honestly say that from ordering to completion, everything was smooth and professional. The delivery arrived on the day it was ordered, with telephone messages to check that everything was fine. The fitter turned up when expected. He was efficient and professional and fitted our kitchen as if it was his own with attention to detail. Everything was left clean and tidy each day and full explanations given as to what would happen next. I would have no hesitation to use the services of Wickes Southampton again and am very grateful for such an excellent job.

Wickes Hedge End, in particular Martin and Tim, were great when helping me find the right taps for my vanity basin. They stepped outside the box and found a way to get my taps, nothing was too much trouble, very proactive and positive with a can do approach. Nice people who want to ensure the customer gets great service.

The sales staff at the Hinckley store gave me all the advice we initially needed and very soon we had planned a kitchen and ordered. When we changed our minds over things they couldnt have been more helpfull. When the contracted fitter Mackenzie interiors came to assess a number of alterations to the original plan were suggested. The kitchen was fitted to schedule and to a very high standard. When a snall bit of trim at the end of a worktop came away Tom was out the next day. Some months down the line and the kitchen is living upto expectations(New Jersey) Only word of caution their delivery although on time might contyain damaged goods or goods nor even delivered. This was spotted by Tom (Mackenzie) when he started the job and was sorted immediately by him.

I cannot believe how briliant the after sales service is at the Chorley store the lady i spoke to was so helpful and went out of her way to help. I will definately shop there again and will recommend it to friends and family many thanks for your help

I oredered everything i needed to revamp my house including rebuilding my garage i placed the order on the thursday at around 4pm and the nice young man at the morecambe store helped me out with calculations for blocks, sand, cement,kitchen units and worktops and many more not only where the staff very helpfull but they said i could get it all delivered the next day as they had everything i needed in stock. This wouldnt be the first time ive had excellent service fro this store

We had to return an item that was faulty to WIckes in Hall Green Biirmingham.The staff were so obliging and apologised for the problem. We bought our kitchen from the same WIckes and we are so pleased with it ,it's still looking brand new four years on. I would recommend them to anyone.
