I was simply running the Antivirus software, however, when the time to came to renew I purchased the complete package. After installation, the computer would not restart. Upon starting from a boot disk, it appeared that the operating system and contents of my drive had been scrambled. Could not get a directory. Lost everything. There's no way I could be unhappier. Then they have the nerve to charge for support calls. That's almost extortion. Sell a faulty product than charge large amounts for support.
