I used GoodnessDirect for a long time but the first time I had to use their customer service, they were terrible and unapologetic - an item was out of stock, so instead of delivering this later I became embroiled in an endless steam of emails characterised by their customer service rep not bothering to read my emails and then simply not replying. I called up to complain to be gaily told that the person probably hadn't performed well because she was being promoted at the time! I was offered a derisory voucher for my trouble. I won't use them again - I use Amazon now - cheaper and better!

New website too difficult to use. Unable to browse at a realistic pace. Gave up. Just purchased one item I have had before.

Ordered a hamper for one of my clients and they took 7 days to fulfil the order and dispatch it. By the time UK Mail got hold of it it was two days late when my client was expecting it. I was very embarrassed and all this company could say after my complaint was "I hope your not too disappointed". I wouldn't recommend business taking any risks with these guys.

Ordered for the first time from Goodness Direct at the beginning of this week - approx £40 of frozen fruit. I selected the option to deliver to my garage if nobody was home, and selected "any week day" as the preferred delivery day. I did not hear anything regarding a delivery, and by chance happened upon a box of completely defrosted fruit in my garage today (Friday), which had apparently been delivered on Tuesday, so has been defrosting for 3 days. No card was left on the delivery day, and I was not notified. I called to see if anything could be done, but apparently I had selected a specific delivery day (I did not; "any week day" was selected) so it's apparently my fault and nothing can be done. I had planned to regularly order from the company but do not wish to give my business to one that won't offer to help at all when something goes wrong.

Why didn't you check in your garage if that's where you said to leave it?
And as you said any day, why didn't you check in there each day? How on earth can that be Goodness Direct's fault?
