I have used T/Gel for years for itchy, flaky patches on my scalp. The results are quick and I would give this product 5 stars if it weren't for the new fragrance. It smells awful and I have some allergic reaction to it. The new fragrance has got to go. I recently had a stress caused episode of guttate psoriasis on my chest. Nothing worked to clear it up. I washed the area with T/Gel shampoo and it cleared up the rash in a few days. But my eyes were burning until the smell faded, which took quite a while. Please bring back the fragrance free version. I don't think I can deal with the fragrance surrounding my head. Don't know what I will do when the itchy, flaky scalp returns.

I have bought this product because I could not use fragrance stuff, caused me itchy scalp. It helped me to get rid off itching but my hair left dull and lifeless although it was promise about shiny hair. For couple years I am struggling with thinning, falling hair. It seems nothing works, I am giving up, it just wasting time and your money.

My question is does Neutrogena T/Gel help reduce acne in the scalp? I have been looking for a product that relieves this condition, and I don't know if the acne is due to oily scalp or something else. I also hope this product does not make the acne worse? I bought it on a whim and later realized that it treats psoriasis, which I don't have, so I am trying to guage the usefulness of this product for people like me.
Also, can T/Gel be combined with other shampoos?

I used this product after an allergic reaction...not sure if its supposed to be used for that but it worked REALLY well.. However the smell of this product is really discusting and lingers in the hair, and it makes hair all stiff and tangled..was a nightmare when my scalp was sore ..OUCH, However it relived my symptoms and there for it was worth it. :)
