    This is an external USB 2 40x12x48 or USB 1 4x4x6 front loading CD rewriteable burner. The software bundle is excellent, comprising Nero 5.5 for data and music with good pre-recording music editing and cover printing features, an MP3 playlist programme and InCD, an excellent programme that allows your CD burner to act as a 540Mb floppy disk. Very happy with the whole package, no setup problems either, just plugged it in, switched it on, sat back and it installed.
    Have not had any burn failures either. Highly recommended.
