Trojan Dub Box Set Vol.1

Pioneered by Lee Perry and King Tubby in the early seventies slowed down and bass heavy Dub proved a worthy successor to some of the original roots reggae sounds from Jamaica's seemingly never ending fountain of talent. This compilation is a pretty good selection from the seventies and eighties. Highlights include Long Time Dub by The Upsetters and Love Of Jah Jah Children - The GG All Stars. With 50 tracks on three CDs for about £12 you sure get your money's worth as is the case with most of the Trojan compilations.
