ive been using growell for years ,in shop,but moved away so used their site,bought all my stuff and was deliverd on time ,,,,BUT IM STILL WAITING FOR INSTRUCTIONS TO MY IWS ,ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE I RANG AND STILL NO INSTRUCTRIONS .might be ezze for some to set up but im used to soil,,,they sent me instructions for the iws but not the bubbler ,and they are not very good ,IM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH U GROWELL,

possibly the cheapest growshop online but certainly not the best !!!
i used growell for years but in the end was forced to stop due to
1.being given bad advice on there products that ruined whole crops

and more importantly
2. there lack of stealth !!
any growshop that puts a massive billboard up on the M4 into london, a city with more cctv than any other in the world is not considering its clients needs.....also if you arent brave enough to visit there shops in person due to there locations and think the delivery option is a safer bet then think again !! as my police officer nieghbour pointed out when she signed for my delivery it clearly states on the delivery note SENDER GROWELL HYDROPONICS

the moral is if you wanna be compromised or worse arrested use growell !!

Service usually quite good, delivery sometimes slow for the money.

I would not use this company again.

I ordered some nutrients that I needed urgently and they sent me the wrong nutrients (packing error). I told them and they were kind enough to send the wrong nutrients AGAIN (logic error)! After this I ordered from aquaculture-hydroponics instead (recommended), and emailed Growell telling them that they'd messed up again, but they ignored me.

Quite unprofessional, but if you have visited the store then you wouldn't be surprised!
