When I First Heard The Make Yourself Incubus Album
When I first heard the Make Yourself Incubus album I was speechless. Incubus is by far my favorite band and this album might be the main reason. Every song has an amazing ability to connect with almost anyone who is listening.
As I was trying to think of flaws on this album I just kept coming up with more positive feedback. So of course I began going through withdrawals and listened to the whole album.
I listen to this album at every opportunity I get.
This album heavily over shadows all of their other albums. Though each album is great, this is, at least in my opinion, the greatest.
I hope to see more of Incubus soon.

If I Had To Describe Incubus, Make Yourself With O
If I had to describe Incubus, Make Yourself with one word, then I would choose the word "Transitionary".
This to me, is the album where Incubus make their transition from their heavier Nu Metal / Funk roots and develop a new melodic tone.
The album features great acoustic style tracks such as "Drive", but maintains some of the previous albums stylings in "Nebula" for instance.
The album contains some great singles in "Drive", "Stellar" and the fantastic "Pardon Me", and is a great album to listen to throughout.
Brandon Boyd makes this album a joy, with some thought provoking lyrics that are executed extremely well.

Make Yourself Is Incubus' Crowning Achievement. F
Make Yourself is Incubus' crowning achievement. Featuring "Pardon Me", "Stellar", and "Drive", Make Yourself not only has some awesome radio hits, but features an entire album of kickin' tunes, like "When It Comes" and the title-track.
The band's cosmic sound and sci-fi themed lyrics add to the timeless nature of this recording. Featuring several stylishly aggressive songs, as well as some serene, mellow tracks, Make Yourself is the only Incubus album that displays all of their talents in one beautifully chaotic package.
This is the best Incubus record ever made and is likely to be the most universally appealing. If you like the band or the nu metal genre at all, buy this album!
This I would have to say is by far is the best Incubus Album ever made. Even the ones that come after this are literally put to shame by the brilliance of Make Your Self. Don't get me wrong I am a die hard Incubus fan and I love all of their songs (except Familiar). But this album is absolutely fantastic - I am always listening to it and I just cant get enough. The only bad part is when my ipod dies and I cant listen anymore. Everyone in this band is amazing and I hope to see more of them soon.
