Wax And Wane, Http://www.waxandwane.co.uk, Is A Gr

Wax and Wane, http://www.waxandwane.co.uk, is a great place to buy Unique Personalised Gifts. I recently purchased a Silver Anniversary candle for my Mum & Dad.

I was astounded at the level of customer service that I recieved, all my details were checked and confirmed by me. It felt very personal (this doesn't happen often for a web-based order).

The handmade gift was wonderful. The attention to detail was great and my parents just loved it. The pictures on the web are good, but nothing compared to the real thing!

Another review mentioned a clunky ordering process, well I think that has been resolved now, it all worked smoothly for me. I was also kept up to date with the progress of my order.

I would highly recommend Wax and Wane for any personalised gift and will use them again in the future.

Wax And Wane (www.waxandwane.co.uk) Are An Absolut

Wax And Wane (www.waxandwane.co.uk) are an absolutely superb resource for all your candle-buying needs! Whatever the ocassion and whatever the price range they have a candle to suit - weddings, valentine, Xmas, bereavement...just about anything, they can cater for it. Candles can be personalised with your own message and being handmade you get not only a unique candle each time but you also get the kind of style and aroma that manufactured candles simply can not match.

On the bad side, their website is a little basic in that there is no real online ordering as such, instead you can shop, fill up a shopping basket etc. as you usually do, but then your order must be printed out and eithr faxed or posted or emailed. I'm not keen on this aspect but I suppose it is a minor gripe...you can also phone your order in. Delivery time also seems dependant upon your order.

My only complaints are then only to do with the professionalism of the ordering process but once you get used to this rather 'different' way of doing things you'll be OK. This company is really quite excellent and you get the personal touch with both your order and the service you receive. You can get scented candles or unscented decorated candles and candle accessories as well like snuffers and if you happen to live in the Lincoln area they have an offline shop now which is undoubtedly worth a visit.

I'd certainly recommend them to anyone and because the candles are created here you have an expert to question about things like burn times etc. which is something very few other sites and offline shops can offer. Well worth checking out, I used them for a Christmas order and the recipient was certainly well pleased. :o)

I used Wax and Wane this year for Mother's day, one of the luxury gift baskets. My Mum was really chuffed with this, it was gorgeous! I would recommend using Wax and Wane, the service was great, and the present was brilliant. Incidently, they do now have online ordering, so you can check out online now.
