“Please don’t buy”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Ilovemy2cats on 16/01/2024

If you have arthritis in both hands please please do not buy a henry - you will NEVER get poles or brushes apart ,the worst hoover I have ever had . My trusted Dyson broke how I wish I’d had it fixed or bought a new one. Can’t even push the brush over the carpet.

It could be a few things most common is the fuse try and change the fuse in the plug if still no joy worse case it is possible you have a faulty one where it has over heated and shut itself off if that's the case you may need a replacement motor replace which you can buy of there website or if its under warranty exchange for another or you could get a different vacuum cleaner as my opinion I think henry hoovers are a waste of money

Where can I find somewhere to complain to as my Henry Hoover has broke after months of purchase? I have tried everywhere, I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Take it back to the shop you bought it from as its still under warranty. If online you will probably need to contact their customer services by phone or email.

Has anyone tried the new "Hairo Brush" with either Hetty or Henry, please? The Numatic website lists it as only available for Harry. Advice much appreciated! Thanks.
