Was really impressed with the quality and amount of flowers I received as a get well gift. All stems have opened and the colours of yellow purple and white look amazing. I received them as a gift but would now send exactly the same when the need arises. Chocolates were a nice addition. As I received the flowers I cannot comment on Web site or customer service.

If I could give a million stars I literally would do. I ordered flowers for my best friends funeral and DPD managed to not deliver them. I rang bunches and they got the flowers to the funeral the same day. I am so completely grateful as I am currently in another country and could not attend the funeral so this meant a lot to me. Customer service went out of their way to help me and I am so grateful. I have used Bunches for many many years to send flowers for every occasion and I would never use another company now. Bunches has been there at family and friends birthdays, anniversaries, times I needed to say thankyou or condolences or just cheer someone up. They have been present at every special moment in mine and my family and friends lives. The flowers have always been beautiful and the chocolates amazing:) I cannot recommend Bunches highly enough. I received an Autumn boquet from a friend yesterday. She told me she had ordered them the day before. They arrived by Royal Mail and were in perfect condition. Beautiful colours and very fresh looking. Would definately recommend them to anyone.

The bouquet arrived just in time for my sister's birthday. The flowers were fresh and smell really nice. Thw price is very reasonable. I will surely use this site again! I ordered an XL bunch of flowers to be delivered to my mother that lives 150 miles away for Mothers Day.I had heard nothing from her on the day of delivery so thought i would check out Bunches reviews to see if maybe i had made a mistake using this company. I didn't want to phone my mum incase i spoilt the surprise of a late delivery. Most of the reviews where awful and i started to panic thinking i would have to fight for a refund and my mum would not be receiving her Mothers day gift. Living so far away i would never have got another present to her on time. I need'nt have worried because when the flowers where delivered she was out so they had been left next door. On her return she opened the well sealed and presented box to be totally overwelmed with the flowers. Two weeks later they are still looking healthy in the vase. Thank you Bunches. I will definately use you again.

Got there in time for my grandma's 80th Birthday. She loved the flowers, found them well wrapped, in good condition and loved the free chocolates with it. Haven't seen many flowers cheaper- good value at Bunches. Would recommend to anyone.
