“Never delivered my son's birthday gift!”

One of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. Ordered a gift for my son's birthday which is tomorrow 1st November. As the item is still not here I have just called them to chase and was advised it isn't expected to be delivered before end of November!!? “Lying about stock availability”

I'm really disappointed in the service I've been getting. I ordered 36 graphic cards on the 3rd of July and until now (20th of July) I've not received anything. When I made my purchase, their website stated that these specific graphic cards will be in stock in 2 to 4 days and since then they've changed the status around 5 times. “I spent £1270 for a laptop and got 4 faulty laptops...”

“Refund Refused after reciept of damaged goods ”

Ordered two items a motherboard and ram. On opening the motherboard box it was clear that this item had previously been opened as the internal packets were ripped open and accessories loose in box. There was thermal paste residue on the plastic cpu socket cover. My new cpu could not be seated due to the motherboard pins being clearly bent. “Liars. Nightmare Experience”

Ordered a motherboard from Novatech. It was not wrapped in plastic and had obviously been opened prior to arrival. Fitted motherboard only to find it was dead out of the box (Big surprise) and didn't work. I sent it back to them. They said I had broken it and would be given no refund. “Dishonest”

Their customer support are terrible liers. I accidentely ordered a graphic card and shipped it back without opening it hours after recieving it. The customer support charged me an extra fee because a scratch had misteriously found its way on the heatshield. “Worst Computer buying experience in 30 years”

“Appalling customer service - 3 months down the line”

“Novatech products”

I have used Novatech for 12 years when they first started and must admit they were head and shoulders above the rest , how ever these last few years they have gone down . I have spent nearly £3000 with them in 2 years and have had to send back 3 items that were faulty ,on each occasion they had novatech tape sealing the boxes (means just one thing , have been opened before i got it ) there customer sevices are bad and lie just to get you off the phone . “Power supply issue's”

1 week after I took my i-rush pro gaming home the power supply blew up... The PC was fixed, luckily I was able to drive it to the store and avoid no pickup's like im reading often on here. I was ensured in the store this is a freak occurrence and should never happen. well 2 years on 5 other pcs have came through my house and none have done this.... “Worst IT company to deal with !”

Where do I start. The experience which I have had with them I would tell everyone to stay away. They mess up orders, have very bad communication within their company and never deliver anything. And then lie to you, blame parcel force and then offer you a 2% discount for their POOR customer service. “Don't order if not in stock!”

“Novatech JUST BAD.”

Laptop arrived with faulty touch pad and it failed the windows 7 extended memory test. The refurbished laptop was a scam. 100MHz bus instead of 166MHZ. DDR3 1600 running at DDR3 1333 and 1.5V. (DDR3 1333 was specified in ad) CPU voltage at 10% greater than safe maximum. The motherboard had a Cougar Point chipset and YES it had no SATA 300 just SATA 600 and SATA 150 connections. I have had so many bad experiences from Novatech that I have stopped buying from them a year ago. Novatech used to be very competitive but they have become greedy in the last few years!
