I had amazing experience with this company. In general buying was very good, but when I started facing some problems I was really amazed by customer service. After I sent an email with problem description at evening I got answer next morning with instructions what I need to do further. After sending only battery pack from faulty item I got the new item after 3 days :) It was so professional and efficient.

To be honest, I'd never heard of Paramount Zone, but wanted to purchase a particular product and found them to be the cheapest online. Although they were out of stock, the website allowed me to pre-order it and I was impressed straight away with their customer service as they got in touch twice to confirm when they were due back in stock and when I'd expect to receive mine. In the end, I received it only the day after they got them back in so that was great. The product itself is brilliant and came with lots of additional things that are marked on other websites as "optional extras". Unfortunately last week I had an issue with the battery, it seemed to not be working as well as expected. I emailed Paramount Zone, they responded immediately apologising and asking me to send the battery back to them recorded delivery and they'd send me a new one and refund the postage. I sent it to them on Monday afternoon and by Wednesday afternoon I had the new battery and the money for postage had gone back onto my credit card. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout, made even better by knowing their service doesn't dip when things go wrong. Thank you Paramount Zone, I hope to be back for my next purchase.

I purchased a V911 from Paramount zone and it arrived exactly one week ago. It arrived without hassle when expected, ordering it was a breeze. Unfortunately it stopped working after a week so I contacted the customer services and they were exceptionally helpful and said they would send me out another 'chopper. I was amazed, most of the places that sell these would simply say "You've flown it, you've broken it" but they listened to what I said and decided to help me out. From start to finish they have been a professional, helpful and impressive company. I would highly recommend them to anyone to use them. Not only did they have the best proce but also the best service. It's worth noting that most of the suppliers of these toys are based in China, whereas Paramount Zone are in the UK so postage takes a lot less time and they are must easier to contact. I was introduced to Paramountzone by a friend who had bought some items for her boyfriend and she sent me the link via email. I could have ordered most of the gadgets on offer but I went for the Samurai Sword golf umbrella so I can look like Chuck Norris on the school run without having to actually carry it!. The service and delivery were brilliant and the item arrived on the wednesday after ordering late afternoon on the monday. I wont hesitate to recommend Paramount Zone to my friends and I will be ordering more from them.

Looking for some novelty gifts for friends and the office secret Santa before Xmas. Came accross Paramount Zone on a google search as had left thing a bit late (as normal). Had everything I needed and more. I even bought a Helicopter that works with my iPhone as a treat for me, good quality as has been crash landed a few times! Great prices and very fast delivery (much needed the week before Xmas). Would recommend to anyone looking bfor something different. Will be back thanks again. Sorry for the late review!

I recently ordered a few items off of Paramount Zone for a friend's birthday present. Once they had been shipped, I realized that the address had a problem which would render it undeliverable. I contacted Paramount Zone about the issue, they found the package, got it returned to them, and immediately sent it back out with the correction made. They responded to all of my e-mails promptly and with a great amount of friendliness. The products themselves work great and were well worth buying, but it was the customer service that sets them apart.

Hi I bought a robot vacuum cleaner from this company but I had a few problems with it. The company could not be more courteous or helpful in dealing with my problems. The acted straight away to resolve the problem with no arguments. Good Old fashioned helpful service- a rare thing these days will definitely shop with them again! lesley

we bought a remote control boat for my son , it arrived in next to no time . unfortunately my son broke the antenna Ariel when taking it out of the box !! . i emailed paramount zone and once again in no time we received a complete new boat and Ariel at no cost . absolutely fantastic service and products , can also highly recommend there remote control boats , fantastic value , we cant speak highly enough about the company or there products .

We received a Gyro Zoomer (mini rc helicopter) as a present and were very disappointed when one of the thumb controls on the handset broke off. I contacted Paramount Zone and they promised to send a replacement - they only required a picture of the controller. It arrived today and it turns out we have received a whole new helicopter as well! Very quickly. Great service - had a problem but was very quickly rectified to my satisfaction. The product is great as well. Many thanks!

Bought my first Sunrise pro e cig in January, was so pleased with, firstly how quickly it was delivered (Next day) and secondly the product was absolutely fabulous, way behond my expectations,I have been a smoker for all of my adult life and now at 49 to be able to say i do not smoke and do not have the desire to smoke is an amazing feeling. The sunrise pro is so convenient & satisfying. To be able to have a puff on it in the pub, cinema restaurant etc is just so great! i wouldnt be without it! hence why i bought a second one, just in case. I had a slight problem when one of the batterys stopped working. i e mailed the customer services asking how to to go about replacing the battery, Within an hour i had a reply offering a replacement with no quibbles or no need for a return. Incidently the very next day it arrived along with my other order of refills. I am so impressed with their customer service and paramount zone the company. I would highly recommend Sunrise pro and paramount zone. Thanks again guys. By the way i dont work for the company i'm a caretaker from Bath! Just in case you thought my review as to gushy!
