“Great customer disservice”

Great customer disservice! They have messed up my orders sending something I have cancelled and cancelling the actual order for a tech failure. After that they told me they couldn't stop the order because it was already processed (this was a lie since they sent an email 5 days later saying one of the items was unavailable). I have been in contact with all of you for 2 weeks now through any kind of platform and you not only haven't not helped at all. Why you are replying to comments just if I'm posting publicly and you aren't replying to private messages? do you think this is a good customer service? do you want to help or do you want just show you want to help? this is honestly very unclear! if you want to help you can start refunding me my money since I have been waiting 2 weeks now for an order that was your mistake from the beginning. do you think this is reasonable? if asos wants money to keep people money as investment it should be a bank not a retail. you are the most nonprofessional company I have ever had to deal in my life. From my point of view you should close because what you do to customers is illegal. Keeping other people money without their consent. do you understand that? I have attempted to contact ASOS 3 times on the phone...no answer, left a message on a contact us page and not yet received a call/message back. I'm sorry that you've had trouble with contacting us. I've taken a look and can see that you have tried to call us. We don't have a call centre however if you would like to speak to an adviser over the phone we can arrange this ourselves. We currently only offer exchanges to our UK based customers and this is only for the same item just in a different size or colour. As the promotion had ended we were unable to regenerate this code for you. We're all trained as one team here at ASOS, we are all trained to answer customers queries the same however if we feel that an issue needs to be escalated we can pass this on to our escalations team. We aim to give the best customer service. In regards to promotional codes, were not able to re-create them if you select the incorrect size. If you are based in the UK you have the option to exchange the item however this can take up to 7 working days to reach our warehouse and then a following 1 working day to process. Once the return is processed the exchange will be sent out on the original shipping method you used on the original order. If you are unsure with sizing you can always check out our size guide here or place an order for both sizes and then return the size which doesn't fit for a full refund. “Overcharging uk customers”

When I queried this with the customer service chat team they said the label should have been changed. “Worst Customer Service Ever”

Worst online company out there. Received product covered in DOG HAIR! Clearly been used and was second hand. Spoke to a customer adviser called Elysia. She offered to replace the item and eventually offered a 10% off full price items which anyone can use at any time if they know how (student etc.) Despite sending pictures showing the damaged nothing else was offered even after expalining the situation once again. As stated above I used all contact avenues, your response time was not good enough and even when I did get a response it was of a different person each time and each one just repeated what the other had said. The fault was on your side yet iv been made to feel like I'm the one in the wrong here. I was told that you had sorted the problem as stated above only to find that I had been lied to days later. You say you pride yourselves on giving the best shopping experience well in that case you had better all go back to square 1 and repeat your customer service training as this has been the worst shopping experience I have ever received and I use a lot of on line company's. I have asked for a call back and was eventually told I would receive one and yet again this has not happened. There is nothing that you can say that is going to make me want to shop with you again. I am looking at 15 days to receive a refund, so I'm looking at nearly a month after the order date until I get MY money back, this is a discrace, you really need to rethink your policy's if you want to keep returning customers because after all if it wasn't for them you would not have a company at all, you need to remember that.

I ordered two pairs of sandals from this company. Should have known better. I've traveled to China many times and visited the markets where they sell knock off goods for cheap (bargain prices). The sandals that I purchased from ASOS certainly came straight from China. I purchased a dress from Asos 4/2017. I did not get my item but they got my money. The only way to speak to someone is in an online chat. I contacted them several times, in April , and was told they would look into it. Hello, firstly I'd like to apologise that you missed out on getting your bikini that you wanted for your trip to Mexico - I do hope you had a great time however.

There are many different ways to get in touch with customer care via the help pages on the ASOS website. There are Facebook and Twitter which are the social channels that are in place, however if these do not suit your preference we do however offer Live chat and email channels. As we are a online company this is the best way to get in touch to sort out any problems, Live chat being the most efficient for communication straight away.

I'm hear to assure you that you will get your money back for the return and that all responses via social media and other channels have real people dealing with your very real experience and query.

So I can try get this sorted for you can get in touch and choosing another channel to make sure your order is being looked into for you.

We use the couriers that we believe we can rely on to mirror our high standards of service and generally we find that thousands of parcels are delivered as they should be every day. Thank you for your comment but its the same rubbish I have heard from the Asos team. Technically I never received my item and I certainly never returned it, it has not been in my ownership once so you should not be holding my for the return of a parcel I had no control over and wanted delivered. But because of the incompetence of the delivery company you hire and the lack of communication from the team I have been left almost a week now with no purchased items and no money. It is disgraceful. Nothing less.

I can't apologise enough that your order never received you as expected. It seems like the courier couldn't deliver to the requested address and therefore sent it back to us instead, please be advised that when this happens and as much as we'd love to get it re-directed back to you but this is automatically sent back to our warehouse. I am FURIOUS with what I just received in the mail from ASOS!!!!!!!! I purchased a dress to wear to a wedding that I'm Coordinating and the dress is DIRTY AND HAS A HOLE IN IT!!!!!!!! “The worst customer service ever! ”

ASOS is great if everything is going ok. However, if something goes wrong then prepare to fall into a deep pit of the darkest despair. They can only be contacted by email, Facebook or live chat. The only people that can deal with complaints are the call handlers meaning that they just tell you what they can't do, there's no way of getting anything but the most basic problems resolved and worse of all, no one takes ownership of a query. In order for you to receive the quickest response, the next available advisor is assigned your query, which sometimes means it's not the same adviser every time. In regards to faulty items we make sure to resolve all faults and make sure all customers are happy however after a year we no longer take responsibility for the fault. “Awful customer service”

I received a mug from Asos as a gift from my work. The first day I went to use it the handle came clean off, so contacted ASOS and they refused to do anything. I have pictures of the fault clearly displayed but because I didn't email from our company account (of which I have no access to ) they refused to do anything. Hey, sorry to hear that the mug you were given as a gift was faulty - not good! I know this isn't the quality of goods you expect from us and it's not what we expect to deliver either. The customer service I received when trying to resolve an issue regarding returns was awful. I had to wait days in between replies meaning that I've been trying to get help for almost 3 weeks now. “STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY”

I have been a loyal customer of ASOS for over 7 years, however within the last year, the quality of their customer service has dramatically decreased. I have received incorrect items from this company ranging from the wrong size, to the wrong color to being totally different than what I ordered.
