Michael Asher, The Real "Bravo Two Zero": The Truth Behind "Bravo Two Zero" - After reading all books about Bravo Two Zero and seeing numerous TV documentaries including the one of this book presented by Michael Asher, I do accept the fact that Mcnab exaggerated a some of his story, the goatherder for instance and the 20 kilometeres to the LUP from the DOP. But claiming they came up against 3 Arab civilians as Michael Asher does, when the patrol claim they had a masive firefight, well I find it proposterous, Michael Asher needs to question the reliability of the Iraqi peoples' testament. I mean we all know how accurate the information that came from the Iraqi information ministers' mouth was don't we?
Anyway, if you're interested in the Bravo Two Zero patrol then it's definitely worth a read, just don't be disillusioned by it too easily.
