This service is available by dialing a tolls free number 108 from both land line telephones, mobile or WLL telephones. 108 Services are presently available in the Indian States of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Goa, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Assam. Very soon these services would be available in Madhya Pradesh, Meghalay, Maharashtra and Punjab.

For all medical emergencies, the service providers despatch a fully kitted up ambulance with trained staff and coordinate help for Police or Fire related emergencies. The ambulances fielded by this organisation are air conditioned and carry medicines and equipment to handle every possible emergency.
