“Cheap flight”

Cheap flight from BRS to Naples. Left on time. Not the comfiest of seats but what do you expect for the price. Refreshments on board rather expensive but as a captive audience they will do that. All in all it was ok.

“No frills, no problem”

Despite all the bad reviews posted here, I must say that there were no problems when my husband & I flew to Amsterdam. It was only a short flight but it left on time and there were no problems with check-in or boarding.

Booked on Easyjet - Gatwick to Venice. Both flights on time. No hassle or problems. Used electronic boarding pass which saved time. Only had to wait for security etc...

easyjet have improved in recent years and my recent trip to spain was trouble free. pleasant cabin crew and prompt departure with early arrival despite problems in france with air traffic. still wish the price you see is the price you pay but all in all very nice. specially the checkin staff at alicante were very nice and friendly. will definately use again next time

Have flown Easyjet many, many times between London/Italy/Greece/Netherlands and happy with the service. It does what it is there to do - gets you from A to B economically and usually on time. Service is much better now seats are allocated rather than the free for all rush that used to happen. I don't buy airline food so no comment on that. Easy jet is no nonsense and efficient in my experience. Web site and ease of booking is excellent.

I accidentally reversed my surname and given name when booking online, and it said on the website that it cost 42 euro to "change" it. I asked for help online and the person who was responding, who went by the name Agnieszka replied very fast and efficiently helped me change. Maybe because it wasn't a big deal to reverse it back but they could have charged me 42 euro but didn't.

“Happy Traveller”

I have to congratulate EasyJet on our recent flight to Alicante. From the start when we booked the flight to when we landed back at Luton the Easyjet team deserve praise (even in Alicante). It pays to be friendly and welcoming and have a good rapour with each other. The check in staff were very friendly at both ends of the journey and very supportive.

The no frills concept is available round the world, but EasyJet is my top choice. Flown with them numerous times and they have always done right by me. Wish they would include a few long haul routes to top holiday locations round the world. But I am definitely satisfied with their current level of service because they are well worth the money spent!

“Eazyjet do well in dealing with disruption beyond...”

We flew to Gatwick from Palermo in Sicily on 18th October 2013. Italian air traffic controllers were striking from 13.00 to 17.00. Our flight was scheduled for take off at 22.35 but fog at Gatwick meant it arrived late. Turn around was very swift and the crew tried desperately hard to take off before the strike, but we were effectively grounded by the Palermo tower. The good thing was that the Captain kept us informed of exactly what was going on in a very difficult situation. We were given water and kept comfortable on the plane for a short time and then disembarked as soon as it became clear that things would take some time to sort out. Vouchers for food and drink were supplied immediately and without fuss and again, we were kept aware of any developments. As a result, the feeling among passengers was quite positive on the whole, although I'm not sure of the situation for those with onward connections. Easyjet and the crew did really well though and received a well-earned round of applause for their efforts. One small point though. Everyone knew where they would be sitting; maybe, if the plane had been loaded from the back rows to the front instead of by speedy boarding, the plane might have filled in a more orderly way saving time. Maybe the saved minutes would have meant we'd taken off on time? Just a thought and not a criticism. Well done that crew!!

“No Duty Free Sales”

I recently went on a flight to Agadir with Easyjet from London Gatwick. The normal drinks and snacks were served on the flight but I was dismayed to find that there was no duty free sales of cigarettes or alcohol. I feel that it would have been useful to be told this at check-in so I could have purchased my items at the duty free shop in Gatwick. I normally wait to buy my items on the plane as they represent good value for money so if not available perhaps this could be mentioned before boarding the plane.

We flew to munich had suitcases to check in which you paid for but everything was really good. You know what to expect and everything is clearly explained! Much better then ryan air ! You fly with a low budget airline so you cant expect first class service. But we have nothing negative to say ( so far).

“Don't alway believe what you see on TV!”

I was a little nervous about flying with Easyjet, due to watching a TV programme that made the staff look uncaring and at times very rude about their passengers. However the staff were friendly and profesional at all times, the aircraft was clean and looked almost new. The flight was on time both ways and I liked how the captain gave us frequent updates as to weather conditions etc. I will not hesitate to book with Easyjet again.

I just wanted to write this review because I think it's important to counter some of the negative perceptions of this airline Everyone says the flits are always delayed, the staff are rude ande the planes are uncomfortable but I've fen easyjet a few times now and I've never fund that to be the case Yes there are no set seats but this is reflected in the price and I don't think there are worse delays than any other short haul airline

“Better than expected”

Flew out of Manchester on the 4th January 2013 to Tenerife on Thomas cook airline's the legroom was the worst ever and i didnt enjoy the flight being cramped and having to lift the armrest and sit at an angle for over 4 hours are unacceptable in todays age.. Flew back on the 13th January 2013 with Easyjet, to my surprise more legroom , more attentive staff, we enjoyed the food, all round a very pleasent experience. WELL DONE EASYJET.......

“Customer service the best I have experienced....”

Although the cost of air fares have increased over the past two years which is going to effect us all especially if you have another home abroad. We travel 4/5 times a year, mostly with easyjet and have to say that if you have a query or need some special assistance for a disabled member of your party they not only respond quickly but while at the airport your family member is treated with courtesy and respect, so thank you customer service.....

Why doesn't EasyJet respond to communications regarding lost property/items left on board?  The entire fiasco I am experiencing is unbelievably bad customer service - phones left ringing and not picked up or cutting off; emails not responded to, even trying to talk to a human being at Southend airport has been impossible. Can anyone help?

EasyJet have now, I think, become too big and too money orientated. Their emphasis is solely geared to putting bums on seats, not spending time on a telephone/writing regarding peoples' lost property. Because turnaround now is so quick (time is money), no time to sift through things left on a plane; just throw everything in a bin bag and move onto the next flight. Sorry its not what you want to hear, but the reality of budget airlines is not a happy one.
