Ordered item on 11/11, called them morning of 11/18 asking where item was as tracking showed NOTHING sent. Guy on the phone said they would check into it and get back to me, NO return call so I called late afternoon and another guy yeah nothing sent but I cant help you its too late now, gee thanks. Let it go on another 2 weeks, still nothing sent. Filed a claim with Paypal on Nov 30 and called to inform them I want my money back and that I have filed a claim, again told they would get back to me and did not. Several nasty,on my end, phone calls later after getting a BIG runaround because nobody was authorized to refund in an OBVIOUS refund case I got my refund. The customer service here is AWFUL, you have been warned. Buy from APMEX, PCE, MCM, SilverTowne or anywhere but here. Over 15 years of internet dealings on my end and this place is dead last in resolving an issue.

Do NOT buy from this company....they are just out to make money. If you place an order with them, you will be asked to provide payment VIA a Credit Card or Direct Check. A sales Representative will then contact you....not just to confirm your order, but to try to talk you into buying "Ultra High Grade" PF-70 coin sets. These "High Grade" sets are WAY overpriced. I purchased a 2011 American Eagle PF-70 4 coin set for $7,220.00 and a 2012 Silver Eagle 75th Anniversary San Francisco PF-70 Set for $527.00. As it turns out, I later consulted the official Bluebook of United States Coins and discovered that these sets are worth MUCH less than what I paid for them: 2011 American Eagle Gold Set....$3,425.00 (pg. 236 top) 2012 75th Anniversary Silver Eagle set....$135.00(pg.232 bottom) their general Bullion is also overpriced.....though not nearly as much as the "High Grade" coins. The same Rep who sold me these sets later tried to sell me a 1994 Eagle PF-70 set for over $10,000.00. This set is worth the SAME as the 2011 set I purchased......$3,425.00. Thank God I declined to do it!! their sales Reps are on commission and are trying to make as much as they can. If you are going to buy precious metals, buy them wholesale or maybe on E-bay. do NOT buy them from this outfit.

I have made many purchases from USGB. Initially, it was ok but these days they suck big time. They are more worried about only your dollars not bothered about their commitment. Stay away from US Gold bureau.

These guys are fleecing people; don't fall for their line. I bought $40,000 worth of gold and they told me that I needed to

Placed an order today but after reading your review. I'm going to cancel it. I called them and a guy answered the phone. He said he was going to check my order. Had me at hold for 9 minutes then the line just disconnect. Waste of time!
