I purchased my bmw 1 series in may. I’ve waited till the warranty has ran out before writing my review. I am probably one of the hardest people to please, when it comes to buying a car. From my horrendous experience with 4 vehicles in the past. So I’m fussy, clued up and very sceptical. I have to say motor village have been nothing but a breath of fresh air to me. Yes, there has been some issues with the vehicle. I have to say motor village sorted every time, without delay, or fail. Even refunded me for sprayed wheels I had had done, due to faulty paint. I have to say it’s been a pleasure purchasing this car and having things sorted out very quickly and promptly. Kept to their word and sell very nice cars. Thank you for being genuine and keeping your word and selling me a vehicle fit for purpose. Been great experience for me and one I won’t forget as I can’t lie I expected the worst. Far from it from these guys a really good reputable friendly team and service. Big thank you from me and an even bigger solute to you and the team.

I recently purchased my lovely Shogun from Motor Village and I cannot recommend them more highly. They have some wonderful cars for sale and I am so grateful I found them. They are trustworthy and go all out to do all they can for you. Without their total understanding of my difficult situation and their help and kindness I wouldn't have my car now. They are totally professional, very knowledgeable and accommodating and I can totally recommend them to anyone.

Just got home after purchasing my Jaguar XKR. Buying the car was faultless. Every member of staff were most welcoming and very knowledgeable, answering every question and query I had instantly. Thank you for arranging the finance and keeping me up to date with the car. Really appreciate that. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy their next car.

I purchased a Audi Q7 from them registration OV14 RMO, when i recieved the car purchased at 18200 gbp there was no Service book or Manual and no parcel shelf cover, i complained and they sent me a wheel and a door actuater then after i had left the country they sent the poor quality cover. After 3 weeks in the Pyrenees the brakes failed (pedal to floor), it was very scary, again i complained and they wanted me to take it to a back street garage. I insisted on going to Audi , which i did and paid the bill myself, i lost the car for 3 days and had to hire a car but got the car back and all was good. After 7 weeks again the brakes failed (again pedal to floor) in Northern France, i also had 5 times no throttle response whilst driving which i reported. They wanted me to drive the car to Audi but i said sorry no, i want a refund, they ignored me for a few days but eventually offered me 16500 gbp a loss of over 2000 gbp. I was not in a postion where i could not accept the offer as returning to Spain in 3 days without a car. Really Really Disappointed, hope the new owner takes great care with this car.

had a few problems with car I bought but the person I dealt with and team sorted it all out, no quibble and at no cost to myself. would recommend anyone to use them as their customer service and aftersales service excellent, couldn't do enough for me.

This is the first time my wife and myself have experienced such brilliant service from a car dealer. we are habitual petrol heads and regularly change our vehicle and prefer vehicles which offer luxury and performance. we have never used this garage before but on our arrival we were made to feel welcome as if we had been dealing with them for years. The person who had initially greeted us on our arrival (director of the company not that we knew) advised us that we could look around in our own pace without any pressure at all. we were impressed with the selection and presentation of the vehicles on display. all were spotless and well spaced for viewing. We selected several cars after out initial browsing. Our test drive proved faultless and on our return were offered further test drives if we required them in the other vehicles we selected. This was not needed as we had fallen in love with our 370z in rare blue and fully loaded even having air conditioned seats.....Amazing. we were welcomed into the office and offered proper coffee and met Zac and Allen (both highly professional people with vast experience). We finalised our deal and have been totally happy with the purchase. We can honestly say in the 30 years of buying cars we have never had such brilliant service. Genuinely nothing is too much trouble for the team at Motor-Village. Amazing guys, amazing cars and brilliant service. Thank You Paul and Karina White

All you want to know when you buy a second hand vehicule is that the seller won't let you down if you come across some issues after driving it back home. Well that happened to me after a month and they were helpful, professional and repaired what needed fixing with a smile. These guys want their customers to be happy... and that's exactly how I feel.

I bought an Audi A3 from Motor Village Brislington, Bristol, between Christmas and New Year 2017. After discussion with other motor dealers, the company gave me a fair price for my previous estate, while the customer service was very professional; I was looked after by a number of different employees (they were all 'up to speed' with who I was and what was going on). Unfortunately, on returning home, I noticed that there was a crack in the windscreen. I phoned them immediately, The staff were very reassuring and explained it was probably due to the cold weather and booked my new vehicle in as soon as possible. I was given a decent courtesy car for less than two days while they not only replaced the windscreen, but a small number of other minor issues which I had discovered soon after purchase. These were all fixed effectively, while I was made to feel a valued customer. I would recommend them to a friend- and you!

Larry Bohana Warminster I recently purchased a car from Village Motors (VA) and the experience was par excellence. A week or so after the purchase thee car developed an electrical issue. I informed VA and they sprang into action, arrangements were made for me to drop off my car, pick up a replacement car whilst mine underwent inspection and repair. I collected same two days later the problem was resolved. Both VA and the repairers Whittle,s of Warmley were simply terrific. My granddaughter will soon embark on the driving saga I know just the dealer to go to when she will need her first car - Village Motors you will be my first choice.

I went to look at a rare Toyota RAV4 XT-R. It was exactly as described. A salesman showed it to me in detail. He gave me time to examine it on my own, and was very willing for me to take it for a test drive. The car was in excellent condition and for sale at a very reasonable price. I don't have any experience of after-sales service, but as a local site to visit I would recommend it.

Having never bought a car from a dealer before, I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a car in this way. After reading a detailed description of the car I was interested in on the Motor Village website, I found on inspecting it that the written description in the advertisement and the verbal description given to me over the telephone were both completely accurate. There was no hard selling, just a calm businesslike approach, together with relaxed, informative discussions about the car. I was able to test drive the car unaccompanied, which I had not experienced before. I was offered a coffee whilst discussing the car, which was very welcome as I had travelled some distance for the viewing. All of my questions about the car were either answered immediately, or the answer was soon found for me. As I had driven to Motor Village, I was unable to drive my new car away having made the decision to proceed with my purchase, so I returned two days later. However, after travelling the 80 miles to Bristol by train to collect the car, I discovered a fault with the driver’s side window, which was not apparent when I had initially inspected the car. I mentioned this to him, who was very apologetic and he organised an immediate check of the fault locally. After a short wait for the diagnosis, he advised me that the window required a new regulator, a complicated and no doubt expensive repair. Again he apologised and arranged for a new manufacturer’s part to be delivered and fitted to my car. As I was far from home, he did not hesitate to provide me with a fully insured courtesy car as well as fuel for the return journey. On final collection of my car two days later, everything went very smoothly. I was asked to check over the car one final time and after a coffee, I drove away, very happy with my new car and my purchasing experience. I would not hesitate either to use Motor Village again, or to recommend this dealer to others considering a vehicle purchase.

Have always wanted my own jag! Recently was lucky to see an advert for one at motor village Bristol. On arrival there my wife and I looked around the dealership and spotted a lovely blue one. On speaking to Zak he suggested we take it for a drive unaccompanied! Which we did ,and consequently loved the car. This car came with three months warranty an we were thrilled with our purchase. The thing which impressed us both was the guenuinely friendly way in which we were treated by all the staff there. We were never hassled to buy and were given plenty of time on our own to inspect the car. I have just had this vehicle lnspected by an independent garage who informed me that my car has been very well looked after and gave it a clean bill of health! We are both now enjoying our new purchase to the fullest. Zak told us that if we ever have a problem with the car he and his staff would do their very best to try and resolve it. And we really believe they would. We wish this dealership lots of luck, if they continue this standard of service they deserve it. Would recommend this Dealership to anyone.

Bought a Vauxhall Insignia from here. Car exactly as advertised and he was very happy to take us out in it and to let us drive it alone if we wanted. No pressure selling just courteous people who want to ensure that they sell you the car you want. When we came to pick the car up, he again encouraged us to have a good look at it as to to allow us to check it was exactly as we wanted. Coffee offered and as mentioned the staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgable. One last thing, they had mislaid the spare key to the car but it arrived in the post registered delivery 2 days later.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. We were on the look out for a 50th birthday present for my Husband. Motor Village, Bristol had advertised a beautiful Audi TT. From the moment we set foot on the forecourt we were welcomed. The advise and painless process and the outstanding service we received have been very much appreciated. And my Husband is now driving around in a very lovely TT. Thanks guys, you are the best. Fabulous :)

I'm a motoring journalist and have the chance to drive lots of different cars and see lots of different motoring establishments. So when looking for a car of my own I tend to be rather sceptical on promises made, stated condition of cars. I'm also, it is fair to say, very particular. Before buying my Jaguar XF I had a series of emails and phone conversations to ascertain details about the car. the person I dealt with at Motor Village was very pleasant and helpful so I took the three hour drive to view the car. Again everyone was very pleasant, I was allowed to view and drive the XF without any pressure and I spent some time looking over and examine the car. There were a few issues (I like seeing a car as it is rather then spruced up with lots of polish and tyre shine!). I felt the price was on the high side unless all the issues were addressed. My list of issues were agreed and two weeks later I went down on the train to collect the car. Everything had been dealt with, the car looked very smart and after just over a week I am delighted with the XF. On my experience I can thoroughly recommend the person I dealt with and his colleagues at Motor Village.
