Having Only Just Picked Up My Bike Today I Don't R

Having only just picked up my bike today I don't really think I should be writing a review on it just yet. However there is little to no infomation from anybody that has bought one of these so in case I forget.... Having just had a run in with a Kinroad which just about everything was a long stretch from 'satisfactory' I was nervous (and mad) for even considering another chinese bike. What I did gain from it WAS experience and what to look for and I thought with no other reviews I was going to have to travel halfway across the country up to a unit in Chesterfield to look before handing over any of my hard earned cash. I have to say the dealer I used was very helpful and had the bike built up with petrol within half a day of me phoning I mean there was every chance I would say no. But no need to worry before upon reaching there I could see at first glance proper welds, paint, gel seat, strong plastic just like the old Honda 50 I had and stupidly give up for the 'Kinroad' I have also of course took a poke at the wiring and have noted it IS substantial and has good connectors so overall I am very pleased with the first impressions. When I got the bike back I took for a ride (it has not been registered so I couldn't go a long distance, this dealer will sort most of the paperwork to do with registering the bike for you). The pickup is smooth and reasonable with 5 gears, top about 35mph (does not vibrate at high revs like kinroad), dials have speedo in mph/kph rev counter, fuel gauge and electroic display (shows gear selected). Buttons are chunky and easy to use, choke is on the handle bar. Also bike is a reasonable size not too big for a 50cc or small I am 6ft and don't like feeling like an ass on something silly, it is about the same size as a Honda ss50 or Yamaha FS1E. Hope this review may help someone and I am no professional critic, but I don't think people will go far wrong with one of these (looks much better than in the pictures).

I have recently bought a Kenbo KB50-23 and am very pleased with it. 2 questions: 1.Where can you get spare parts. 2.Is there an owners club/forum. Regards. Roger.

Well if you type chinese bike insurance into your google search engine you should get some names up, however none of the comparison sites have it listed which is a pain. I think I got 7 quotes on it before I took one. When I bought it the guy recommended rampdale but the cheapest for was a company called vine insurance.
