I ordered a trampoline from this site with next day delivery. I selected the Friday for delivery which was actually 5 days from original order. I am still sitting here a week later with no delivery, being told that it hasn't been dispatched and nobody can tell me when. As this was a gift for my daughter I have 1 very upset girl. Phoned about 5 times on Friday and was on hold for over 15 mins with no response each time. I managed to get a sales person on Saturday but he can't tell me anything and can't request a call back. Terrible customer service. I would not deal with them again.

Paid 15 pound for next day delivery in time for my sons birthday 3 days ago. still not here. they don't respond to customer service emails and nor do the couriers. I just can't believe it.

I would definitely NOT recommend buying a trampoline from this site! I purchased a trampoline last Sunday and was promised next day delivery. On the Monday I received a text saying that the trampoline WOULDN'T be delivered but that I would receive a call on Tuesday to tell me when I could expect it. Nobody called me on Tuesday, so today (Wednesday) I called them. I waited over 10 minutes to speak to someone, only to be told that they are having trouble with the supplier of the trampoline I ordered and they couldn't give me any kind of idea when it might arrive - it could be days or weeks. Bearing in mind I was paying £20 for delivery I didn't feel this was good enough so I promptly cancelled my order. Utter waste of time and the money the 10 minute phone call cost me.

First purchase with this company found via google search and im very impressed! Cheapest around by far with more extras than other sites! Arrived two days later, very well packaged between two boxes! All pieces there and two men put together within an hour and half!! Kids love it! Best advise put on ur springs clockwork, a couple at 12 then 6 the 3 then 9 and continue placing them opposite for even easier way!!

Only comment is this design keeps the netting on the inside of the padding and poles reducing space but gives us more peace of mind with springs!

Ordered this for daughters 6th birthday, husband got home late, then built this in the pitch black, after reading the instructions in the house attempted to build it, very easy to erect if u concentrate, as the net attaches to the mat before you put the springs on, but he missed one out and didn't realise, after this his next issue was he didn't line the net ties with where the post would be, so on night two in the pitch dark at 1125 he finally sorted it,, kids so happy with their new trampoline,, they think the fairys built it. It very spacious strong and sturdy, excellent purchase.

Prompt delivery. Excellent value for money. This trampoline is very good quality. It looks good (compared to other tramps) and is very safe. It was relatively straightforward for my 16 year old nephew and 13 year old niece to put together. Quite simply all pros and no cons.

The quality of the materials used to make this trampoline

are of great quality. It doesn't look cheap. I reckon we will

get years of use out if this.

As we have a fairly big garden I think maybe a 10ft one

would have been a better size but saying that the 8ft is adequate enough.

I ordered it after 8pm on a Sunday night & it was delivered

to my door by 10am on Tuesday.

Put it up no problem with a little help from my partner but could probably have managed on my own so simple. Kids have not been off of it since - definite hit. Ladder, weather cover and anchor kit included so price all in and delivered very promptly the next morning. Very polite and helpful phone service. Very very happy. x

The trampoline is a good size and fits easily in my smallish garden without dominating the whole grass area. My children 7, 5 plus their friends love it. It seems sturdy, safe and long lasting so far. The net is great and the zip on the enclosure is good only thing is that it's a bit tight in getting it zipped down. However the doing up the hooks is just as safe.
