The agent and Travel impressions, wholly owned by american express, is the worst of the worst! and this lady, some kind of independent contractor with travel impressions has been equally terrible! At this point we are still trying to get our $1500 plus back after cancelling our trip to a sandals resort...the worst thing is we paid for 'no worries' travel insurance!! ...'supposedly'. In addition it is 6 months before the trip was to happen. booked dec 2010 and cancelled march. It is the mother of all run arounds and zero accountability between the agent, sue S, Travel Impressions, (fully owned by American express), some unknown wholesaler. Dont any of these sources...you will be sorry and screwed!!
