Excellent!!
Fantastic sellers, bought my item off ebay & my item was dispatched the same day i bought it and arrived the very next day!! P&P was only £4.99 and the iytem was big and bulky! Their communication was great too, responded to all my emails promptly and answered my questions. Will defo use again and recommend to friends and family! Excellent sellers!! Thanks so much!!

My purchasing experience was very poor.
The X-Rocker Hurricane Gaming Chair is cheap and tacky. The customer service non existence.
The website is a cheap rented site which appears to be more focussed on maximising the black arts of search engine optimisation rather than informing the customer......take a look at the archive!

Poor Customer Service
Package arrived but was badly bashed.
Have been trying to call since receiving the package but to date have been unsuccessful.
Appears to be a one man band as having looked up the address it is a residential address.
Very frustrating to say the least.
well whats your contact number then please as all i can find is an email address and ive sent an email 5 days ago and heard nothing back! my xrocker ultra needs a repair quickly.
CoBoTech was not happy with the condition of the packaging either, and have discussed this with their courier UPS. As a gesture of goodwill, CoBoTech.co.uk refunded the full amount of the order to this customer as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately this customer did not contact us before they left these negative reviews, and so we were not able to resolve this before this review was left. We are open 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and communicate via email, phone, and skype.
