Shockingly Poor Service!
Wish I'd read the previous 1 star reviews before parting with my money. Same story, took my money, no delivery, no responses to emails or promised callbacks. Eventually after more than 2 weeks was promised delivery in 1-2 days. Surprise, surprise...no delivery and no response to further emails. Opened dispute in PayPal and received a refund. Item was obviously never in stock. Shockingly poor customer service all round. Can't say whether conspiracy or cock-up but the result is the same. Don't be tempted by low prices. Don't touch!

Ordered parts which were shown in stock. After waiting a week decided to email them asking for an update - no reply.
Called and was told they would look into it and call back - didnt get a call
Called again and was told the guy I needed to speak to was away from his desk and would call straight back - no reply
Called again and was told he would speak to manufacturer and would call back - no call
Finally asked for a refund but never received anything
In the end I had to open a paypal dispute to get my money back.
The communication over the phone is always very unprofessional and always answered with just a 'hello'and no apologies given for lying on each previous promise either!

Terrible Service - Total Waste Of Time
Took my money, all parts shown as in stock. Week later no parts received. They don't answer the phone or emails.
Had to raise a PayPal dispute to get money back.
They can be the cheapest in the world, but it they don't deliver they are a waste of time.
Will stick with ECP and GSF.
Don't waste your time you have been warned.

21 Days And No Delivery Yet
ordered 5 litres of fuchs oil which was shown as in stock. got a call next day saying all sold out and would be 5 to 7 days to wait. fair enough. 7 days later and no items or call to tell me what was happening. this has happened 3 times now and 21 days after order still haven't received anything, and yet again no call to tell me whats happening! terrible customer service. fed up with lack of communication. waiting for a refund now.

I Have Never Bought From An Online Car Parts Compa
I have never bought from an online car parts company and was very scared to do so, until I was searching the net and came across incar. As I am a female my knowledge incars are zero. However I called incar and spoke to a chap called Ev, who was very helpful and found the part I was looking for, for a cheap price and they were all genuine parts. I received my order the next working day and took the part and my car straight to the garage to get fixed. My garage was amazed with the service and could not believe how well the service was. I will be using incar again and so will be my local garage. Thank you
