I purchased this Alien Monster Movie Quality Mask Halloween Costume for our High School reunion during Halloween time. They were very amazed by how my costume looks so real. They keep on asking me where I bought it.

I purchased a pair of shorts that were..A. Three weeks late, and B. weren't even the right shorts.

So by the time I received them..I didn't even need them. I emailed and called your company 3 times with voicemail..and no one responded. I also did this in October. I am now out $ for something I didn't even screw up on. I dont see how I should have to pay for the shorts to be returned when I didn't make the mistake..ridiculous!

Terrible website and customer service. I still would like my $ back.

My husband and I were invited to a costume birthday party of our friend's daughter last month. We were notified 2 weeks before the party. Our kids were insisting to get them new costumes. Then a friend of us told us about this website, we had our kids choose the costumes they like. The kids love the costumes so much that they want to wear it again for Halloween.
