I ordered a phone cover for my wife. I ordered the wrong one initially (entirely my fault!) and Dieselfrog could not have been more helpful when it came to exchanging it; they even pointed me in the direction of the correct product! The delivery was fast, and the products are excellent. Highly recommended!

I don't usually shop online, but DieselFrog has change my mind. The website is visually pleasing, and it is easy to navigate the website to find what you want. I have bought a terramundi pot and a bouquet of flowers from DieselFrog.com before. The products looked exactly as they were shown to on the website, and I love both of them! Both arrived promptly and were reasonably priced. After perusing the rest of the site, I will most definitely buy from there again in the very near future. The personalisation on the products was simple to do and well outlined. Postage and Packaging costs were very reasonable, and my products arrived very quickly. I also liked the blog run by DieselFrog, it was very funny and enjoyable. I also now follow DieselFrog on Twitter, as it was linked on the website, where I can now be updated on any new products that they may have in. The website caters to almost everyone, and has a large variety of varying priced products. I will definitely use DieselFrog.com again! Thank you for good customer service.

What can I say. I don't shop online a lot because of bad customer service experiences. Needed a Terramundi Pot personalising so had to go online. Shopped around a bit and got annoyed when sites started adding ridiculous amounts on for postage to inflate the cost, then just before giving up Ifound Dieselfrog who not only had the biggest choice but worked out to be one of the best prices. I miss spelt the name on my order, so had to ring up. No hold music, A very friendly, helpful lady answered, sorted the problem out straight away. This is what it should be like!

Ordered some flowers for Mother's Day on Thursday from Dieselfrog.com (The Mother's Day Flower Bouquet) They arrived Friday Morning with Mum, she called me straight away to let me know how gorgeous they were. Brownie points galore, what can I say, last minute idea, but will definitely go back for more. Price compared them before hand as well, they were cheapest of the sites I looked at.

I don't often use the Internet for buying things, I had a bad experience many years where I had to chase an online shop for weeks before I got my items delivered, so it was with some trepidation that I placed an order with this store. I ordered a 'Banksy' poster for my niece as she is mad on this type of grafiti art and wanted it for her birthday. I couldn't find it locally so I reluctantly searched online and found it at Diesel Frog. I placed the order easy enough but becasue of my past experience with the other shop I decided to follow the oredr up with a phone call, just in case. My call was answered by a very polite lady who immediately put my mind to rest and assured me that the poster would arrive within a couple of days. Low and behold, it did. It was well wrapped and whats more my niece was absolutely delighted. Thank you Diesel Frog, you've restored my faith in online shopping!
