Momobiles has been wonderful experience for me.I was excited to find that the prices are competitive and accurate.

I sent my phones 25days ago. I emailed after a reasonable time as had not heard from them and they did not reply! I eventually got through via phone and they said they often take longer so wait until the next week.I did this and phoned again and was told it had still not been received. I have emailed several times since then but not one has been answered. I have now been trying to phone again but one no. is constantly engaged and the other just rings and goes through to mail box which is full! Does that sound dodgy to you? I unfortunately sent by their Freepost so probably won't get compensation but do want my phones back so filling in Royal Mail 'lost' form. I was seduced by the good reviews on their site [do they put them on themselves?].

Even though RM has proof of delivery, they claimed we had incorrectly addressed it... if we had... how do they know? and RM has proof it was delivered....

so? well stop thieving about!!

We sent 2 phones to this recycling company which also goes under the name of CashMyFone. We paid for Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance to cover the value we were being offered for the phones.

We received a confirmation email to say the company had received them and shortly afterwards another email to say they were knocking 25% off the value of both phones because they were broken. We had packaged them well in jiffy bag in accordance with Royal Mail guidelines. We then called CashMyFone and asked them to photograph the said broken phones so that we had proof for Royal Mail but they refused saying they would either process at the value we had been offered or send the broken phones back.

My gripe is that they were unhelpful in as much as they would not provide proof. We put in a claim to Royal Mail for the difference between what CashMyPhone had finally offered and the original price and because there is no proof Royal Mail have turned down our claim and won't refund anything.

Avoid.

We were looking to export some mobile phones to africa while we came across to find this used and new mobile phone wholesale company. Staff is very helpful and we would rate their service as 5 star. They allowed us to choose our own choice of handsets from the warehouse without any M.O.Q. and gave us 30 days warranty on all Grade A and B mobiles. We also brought 3 New handsets which were sim free. They even provided us delivery at very competative rates. What else can you ask for in. Their prices are very good as well compared to the quality of all handsets. They hold stock in good quantity and describe you everything clearly before you buy anything so that you are sure of what you are buying. We brough mix lot of Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Samsung & Blackberry used phones. Highly recommended to all my friends.
