As the proprietor of an independent video production company I deal with many businesses and individuals on a daily basis. I can honestly say that I cannot remember when I last dealt with a company with such a friendly, courteous and professional approach. From my initial telephone contact I was left in little doubt that the service on offer would be second to none, and was proved right when they repaired my Iphone after Apple themselves told me it couldn't be done. It was returned to me within four working days. I cannot recommend iPhonefixed highly enough - Excellent!.

Had a water damaged iphone 4s and even after drying it out in a special 'irecovery' bag, there were visible patches on the screen and the touch screen did not register certain areas.

Sent to iPhoneFixed and they replaced the screen, but also cleaned the logic board and fixed the previously dodgy home button.

Overall an excellent and speedy service, easy to recommend.

My partner's iPhone got hit by a glass of sticky juice and whilst at first everything seemed ok, slowly it begun to shut down - first the speakers went and then the battery died and was unable to be charged. I live locally to iPhoneFixed so after purchasing the diagnostic on their website I took it straight down to the office and waited. By 4pm I'd had a notification that they had received the phone and by 8pm I had confirmation that the phone could be fixed and would be ready to collect by 3pm next day - basically a 24 hour turn around.

I'd dropped my own phone down a toilet a couple of years ago and the process of getting the phone to a rival company and getting it back took over 2 frustrating weeks. I would thoroughly recommend iPhoneFixed for their quick responses and reasonable prices which has meant my partner can have his phone back in perfect working condition.

I killed my iphone when I attempted to repair the screen myself. Thankfully iphonefixed were there to pick up the pieces (quite literally). Excellent service - repaired and returned on the day and the back screen which was also creacked was fixed.

I would deifnitley recoomend for a hassle free repair service. I'm sure that I will be back.

My 3month old Iphone5 suposedly suffered water damage. Vodafone claimed this caused the speaker to fail,(dont get me started on this point!),and then wanted £190 to fix the phone. I have four phones on contract & have been a customer for 15 years; any discount NO!

Iphonefixed recieved my phone on day1 sent it back repaired day2 I received it day3. Cost £40! Bearing in mind insurance can cost £160.00 a year I would need to break the phone another 3 times in 6 months to lose out!

Their service was top notch, their effiency 10/10, value for money fantastic. I cannot see how vodaphone can justify their prices and will recomend IPF to anyone who needs help with repairs.

I used this company 3 weeks ago to have the back camera on my iPhone 5 fixed after water damage. I'd never used any repair companies before as I'm usually good with phones but this one is just having every problem going! I sent it off, following their helpful instructions and received it back extremely quickly within 3 working days I believe! I was amazing by the packaging for a start, professional and perfectly fitted to assure the best transportation. I then came to testing my phone to see how the camera would work and straight away it activated and was taking photos again. I'm so happy with this service and the price wasn't out of the way either (for what I was expecting it to be!)

I've since fractured the screen on this phone and sent it off to an awful company called M Blue Ltd (or AppleiPhoneRepairs.co.uk). I should've used iPhoneFixed again after their amazing service the first time, but regretfully didn't I'm now paying the price after and AWFUL repair by M Blue Ltd and have returned to iPhoneFixed to have the problem rectified. Mila from customer services was extremely helpful and I look forward to receiving the service I received first time around!

I had taken apart my fone after the screen broke and got a new one online which was sent weeks later and was for a different fone altogether and trying to get in touch again was unreal therefore I found ifix online and it was not a problem for Mila...(whom I corresponded with)to have my fone all stripped down and sent to her as it was. It was repaired in genius time and all through the sending and the sorting of the fone, she was in constant touch through email at every stage. Brilliant company, excellent service and I cannot thank them enough as I got my fone back which looked like new. I would most certainly spread the word about this company.

I ordered a D.I.Y colour change kit and the screen was faulty. I emailed them to raise concern and sent the phone in for them to have a look at. They replaced the screen and also some of the screws I had damaged inside the phone free of charge. Phone looks great and It took them under a week to get the phone back to me. I would recommend that customers check their junk email folder for response from them as I initially thought I was being ignored but it was actually my error for not checking junk email.
