I dealt with three people at the company and had such a great experience I felt compelled to write a review. I was lucky enough to live near the company so could also drop into their showroom and benefit from their pragmatic honest advice face to face. They offered decent prices, delivered when promised and were always on hand to answer questions and concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you want a quality product and an honest helpful company.

Allbits literally are best! everything from the personal touch of a family run business with courtesy calls on every step of your order to a top notch courier company that delivers when they say it will and safely bring your item to you and fast! I ordered a mirror which cost £300 part of me was dubious about buying a fragile item online but it came to me all securely taped and packaged in a professional manner.Quite simply this is the place to go for your bathroom bits even things that aren't on their website they can get I have just ordered a shower enclosure that wasn't on their site but they deal with the manufacturers direct saving money and having an extensive offering of products. Don't delay try them today :-)

Ordered online and found the website well designed and easy to use. Received confirmation emails regarding order and delivery and the items were delivered when specified. First class service, I would not hesitate to use them again!

Searched the web for a replacement shower pump and came across Allbits advertising at £139.99 for a Duraspeed 70 which was £200 cheaper than the manufacturers price. I thought things were amiss but how I was wrong! Ordered mid-day on Monday and it arrived first thing the following day. What a first class delivery service and it was free! The product was packaged well and was just the job. First class product. First class delivery. First class price. An excellent experience all round.
