Ripped off for pan connector at £14.16 !!

Thought I'd try a local shop back to Wickes for me at £5.99 or Toolstation and Screwfix even cheaper

I took ages to decide on the bathroom suite I needed and received such a patient, helpful and efficient service from this company.

I dealt with three people at the company and had such a great experience I felt compelled to write a review.

I was lucky enough to live near the company so could also drop into their showroom and benefit from their pragmatic honest advice face to face.

They offered decent prices, delivered when promised and were always on hand to answer questions and concerns.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you want a quality product and an honest helpful company.

I ordered a mirror which cost £300 part of me was dubious about buying a fragile item online but it came to me all securely taped and packaged in a professional manner.Quite simply this is the place to go for your bathroom bits even things that aren't on their website they can get I have just ordered a shower enclosure that wasn't on their site but they deal with the manufacturers direct saving money and having an extensive offering of products. Don't delay try them today :-)

I ordered a bathroom mirror on Friday and received it the following Tuesday. I saved nearly £80 on the retail price (30%) and delivery was free. Unbelievably easy and efficient website. Service should always be like this. Use these guys !

After researching the available kitchen taps which would fit our requirements,and establishing a price,we looked on the various internet sites.Allbits had exactly what we needed,at a very good price.Delivery of the well packaged items was made within three days.There was a small discrepancy of missing valves which our fitter insisted we needed, but we are not sure about that as the Allbits advice person said these items werent always needed.However,the phone call to Allbits was made late on Friday afternoon and the valves arrived on Monday morning.Overall a very good experience.

Searched the web for a replacement shower pump and came across Allbits advertising at £139.99 for a Duraspeed 70 which was £200 cheaper than the manufacturers price. I thought things were amiss but how I was wrong! Ordered mid-day on Monday and it arrived first thing the following day. What a first class delivery service and it was free! The product was packaged well and was just the job. First class product. First class delivery. First class price. An excellent experience all round.
