Current project is a new kitchen. Decided all new appliances were required and Empire Direct were best price. Pleasure to deal with the company, all telephone calls followed up with emails so no confusion. Agreed delivery date and excellent communication re timings etc. On day of delivery received a call to say the team were running early, much appreciated. The 2 guys checked out where I wanted to store the items, moved 1 item out of old kitchen and placed all items exactly where I needed them. Checked glass items with me. 2 guys from van 4 who had a sense of humour with excellent Customer Care skills. Thanks to all concerned.

Had to order a new washing machine in a hurry. Having had excellent service from Richer Sounds in the past decided to try their sister company Empire Direct. Price was as cheap or cheaper than any others. Ordered Sunday morning, delivery available on Tuesday. Received e-mail Monday informing me 4hr slot when would arrive. Received phone call Tuesday from delivery driver half an hour before delivery at the quoted time. Delivery team on van 7 arrived exactly when they said they would. Delivered new machine to where I wanted it, unpacked it and removed packing and removed old machine. Whole process simple straight forward and stress free, perfect.

From order to delivery this was very efficient.

Delivery times were communicated promptly.

Delivery men were polite and efficient.

Old machine removed carefully and new machine was unwrapped and all packaging removed.

Ordered from Empire direct as I am a big fan of Richer Sounds , delivery on the time and date agreed with the sales team good price not found a better one .

Great service. Ordered on the phone and small price drop to match a competitor agreed. Delivered 2 working days later for free. The drivers of delivery van 1 were excellent. I was given a 4 hour delivery window before the delivery day and the drivers phone number. He phoned when an hour away on the day. Very happy so far, hopefully if any after care is needed the experience will be as good.

I was moving, so I needed deliveries at the new address, which I ordered before moving and arranged a delivery date.

This was all confirmed simply at the time of ordering.

I did get an email asking about parking restrictions and other access-related things. Once this was given, I got a call on the day when the delivery guys were about 20-30 mins away.

They arrived on time and super quickly got the new washing machine and tumble dryer off the truck and in to my garage, removed packaging and then took it through the door to my utility room. They let me know all the things I had to do to get the items up and running.

I cannot stress how quickly and efficiently they did this, with a lot of care when space was tight.

Shopped around, and suddenly thought of Empire Direct. A rattling good price, excellent service from agent on the 'phone, and delivered right on time, took the fridge through to the kitchen, couldn't be more helpful. Excellent value for money, would recommend. No hassle and fridge in & working in quick time, with over £150 saved.

Generally a good experience, though not as good as before where the delivery man took photos and plugged the appliance in. Spoilt by the first visit, which was just before Xmas. Unpacking was probably the sticking point as the transit bolts were not removed and protective tape was left on the machine, as the appliance is supposed to be unpacked It left me mildly irritated

From initial enquiry and quite to the delivering of my oven and hob this company kept me informed of everything up to the delivery to my doorstep. The guys checked with me the cindition of the delivery and placed them where I wanted. Fully recommend these guys to anyone. They give in line purchasing a very human touch.

Ordered 2 large appliances on the Thursday and they were sitting in my kitchen by 7am Saturday morning. Delivery guys were great too, courtesy call the night before with a 30 minute delivery window. Will be using again. !!
