The person I spoke to from peter tysons came round to check my settings on the speaker system and do some troubleshooting with my amp/ hdmi connections after some picture quality issues. Very knowledgeable and informative and has given me a far better insight into the equipment I have. Tweaked setting on my sky setup and speaker calibration/subwoofer and just did a very thorough professional visit. It’s the kind of customer service that separates a excellent family ran business from the competition Thanks again

Peter Tyson have been great. I recently purchased some AV kit from them. Firstly the kit is great .. very happy. Secondly Peter Tyson have proved have excellent customer service combined with competitive pricing. The proof of the pudding is always how a vendor deals with issues. My first delivery had a few small assembly problems with a couple of items when I opened the box. A couple of quick calls to Tysons and action was very promptly taken to resolve to my satisfaction.. repack and replace .. no hesitation! There was also a bonus item as part of the package that was not available at the time of the original delivery. This was a supply chain issue that meant a delay of several weeks however the communications with Peter Tyson were Generally excellent and eventually the items turned up as expected. Summary: one Happy Customer! + Peter Tyson very highly recommended. (I will definitely consider Peter Tyson right at the top of my go to list for the future)

I knew of Peter Tyson through seeing their ads in What HiFi S&V magazine. I purchased an ex display amplifier and it came in as new condition. I'm really pleased. If, like me, you usually buy your Hifi gear from a dealer in your area, don't be put off ordering over the Internet from this "local" dealer instead.

Ordered one of peter tysons bundle deals which was the best deal around by far and included £100 of extras. As if that wasn't impressive enough, the level of customer service exceeded my expectations. Both queries dealt with immediately with follow up calls and felt truly valued as a customer. Will be my 'go to' place for all things audio/electrical from now on!!

First time I used 'Peter Tyson' website. Hassle-free, first class service, got item the next day. Received phone call, emails confirmation on order/delivery. Staffs are very polite and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better service. the Bose QC25 I bought is at a better price than else where too. I will definitely use their service again. A very happy customer here :)

Very good email communications....quick delivery by my `favourite courier` which gives hourly delivery slots... reasonable price and it worked when it was plugged in...what more do you need...I will be using PT again.

Amazing service. We ordered an amplifier forwhat we considered a fair price. The item was ordered very quickly, packaged very well. We set it up it worked a treat. Next day I had a message asking me to contact peter Tyson . Could not think about what. It turned out they had given us some of our money back because they had had a price reduction. Fantastic where can you go and buy something set it up, use it then get money back. Hats off to you at Peter Tyson best service we've had in years will definitely recommend you

Bought a hi-fi package from Peter Tyson (Marantz PM6005 amp, Marantz CD6005 CD player and Q Acoustics Concept 20 speakers - with speaker cable and inter-connectors thrown in) as the package was 20% cheaper than anywhere else and Peter Tyson's had good reviews. I had a call on Monday morning to apologise that they had sold out of the amp and speakers over the weekend, they had ordered some more expecting them to be delivered the next day and said there would be a delay to the order. I had a call the following day to say they now had all the items and ask if it was ok that they sent 2 deliveries (both as next day deliveries) as I would get it quicker. What service! They were courteous, apologetic and truly GREAT to deal with. All in all I had it delivered when I expected, and knew exactly what was going on and where it all was. Great sound too now I have it installed. HIGHLY recommended retailer!

I had problems with my Humax HDR-FOX T2 remote control unit and contacted Peter Tyson to obtain a replacement. I am so grateful for the way that they dealt with things, for taking a real genuine interest, sorting things out with Humax and keeping me well informed with several phone calls, not to mention the really quick delivery. I am very impressed with the exceptional customer service they provided and have no hesitation in recommending them, or using them for future purchases. As you have to be so careful when buying on the internet, I emailed Peter Tyson a short while ago because I wanted to query their web advert I spotted about Denon equipment and could no longer find, and was very impressed with the consequent discussions via email. I was asked to phone them to place an order, which I did, and found the person I spoke to was very helpful and polite. I also received a delivery date and time, via text and email, for when my order would arrive, which it did, exactly as specified, something unheard of in this day and age. So, all in all, I thought the service from beginning to end was absolutely fantastic, so much so, I have ordered from them again. Therefore, I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter Tyson to anyone.

Buying audio equipment on the internet can be anything but a pleasant experience. If it's too cheap to be true, well you get what you pay for. Peter Tyson shows how it can be (and should be) done. Buy with confidence from Peter Tyson. For good prices, excellent customer service & product knowledge. I recently made a purchase of a Hi Fi Amp from them. Unfortunately, it developed an audio problem within a month of purchase. I contacted them & they arranged for a free collection the next day to their service dept for inspection. The service manager phoned me a few days later because he was unable to replicate my problem. Immediately I was offered a replacement amp, full refund or credit against another Amp. I went for a replacement Amp. They were out of stock and awaiting supplies within the week, which I was happy with. After about seven days they then advised me that the manufacture could not now supply for 4-6 weeks. Again I was offered a full refund, or credit against another amp. I went for another manufactures Amp which was delivered carriage free the next day. At all times Peter Tyson showed understanding & sympathy of my problem, and wanted to resolve it quickly for me. It is rear these days to find low prices and excellent communications & high standard of customer service, and would recommend Peter Tyson as an excellent company to do business with. I bought the Denon AVR3313 at Petertyson online shop on 14/05/2013 and it arrived the next day (15/05/20130). The customer service is one of the very best on the market.I was kept posted about the progress of the delivery all the way until the item arrived at my door step.The packaging and th condition of the item was superb.
