I have ordered some small items for a gun-restauration and now over one month after they have drawn the Money from my account, they still havent shipped it. I have e-mailed them twice, but they dont answer back.

FMTC Gamefayre.co.uk - to use or not to use....DO NOT USE!

I purchased a lovely DAC Gunmaster tool box C/w 63 Piece Cleaning kit through the afore mentioned company, all I can say is please do not make the same mistake I did and trust them as if they were/are a reputable company.

What I infact received was just a DAC bog standard tool kit worth condiderably less :-( It was ordered and recieved in time for xmas 2010 and they were informed of the error on 20th December 2010. It is now the 24th March 2011, the item was collected yesterday and I have just been contacted to be told they will not be refunding me for there error as the item was damaged beyond re-saleable standards by the courrier they arranged. I have just been told that they will not accept it and are sending it straight back to me whilst talking to me like scum.

I have been in contact contact with this 'company' since december 2010 have been told that the item was incorrectly order and a new replacement would be with me within days a staggering 7 times. They are also refusing to refund me the difference in costs of the 2 items - over £55.00!!!

Digusting service...please dont make the smae mistake as I did...you too with regret it :-(
